ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

The 3K997 Auxiliary Cylinder Kit adds a third hydraulic cylinder to the rockshaft of WL Model Folding Pluvimulchers.
It is shown above, assembled to the middle rockshaft arm.

To install the kit, position the 3K995 cylinder bracket on the top of the rear frame tube. Line up the cylinder bracket
with the middle rockshaft arm and attach with 3/4” U-bolts, lockwashers, and nuts. Remove pin and
spacer washers from the rockshaft arm. Discard the spacer washers and reassemble with the rod end of
the cylinder attached as shown above. Attach the base end of the cylinder to 3K995 cylinder bracket.

Disconnect the hose from the rod end of the 9D524 cylinder on the left side of the machine. Reroute this hose end to
the rod end of the middle cylinder you’ve just installed. Install 8J651 breather into the rod end port of the left
cylinder and also into the bast end port of the middle cylinder as shown above.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

The 3K997 Auxiliary Cylinder Kit adds a third hydraulic cylinder to the rockshaft of WL Model Folding
Pulvimulchers. It is shown above, assembled to the middle rockshaft arm.

To install the kit, position the 3K995 cylinder bracket on the top of the rear frame tube. Line up the cylinder bracket
with the middle rockshaft arm and attach with 3/4” U-bolts, lockwashers, and nuts. Remove the pin and
spacer washers from the rockshaft arm. Discard the spacer washers and reassemble with the rod end of
the cylinder attached as shown above. Attach the base end of the cylinder to the 3K995 cylinder bracket.

Disconnect the hose from the rod end of the 9D524 cylinder on the left side of the machine. Reroute this hose end to
the rod end of the middle cylinder you’ve just installed. Install the 8J651 breather into the rod end port of the left
cylinder and also into the base end port of the middle cylinder as shown above.
