Waste toner contamination.

Phenomenon The inside of the machine may be contaminated with the waste toner.
Under the above mentioned condition, the bushing cap (B) of the primary transfer belt
cleaning section at the front of the machine may disengage.
Cause The waste toner that is sent from the primary transfer belt cleaning section to the waste ton-
er nozzle section, could form a lump which may remain in the upstream hole (X) of the waste toner nozzle section. Under this condition the inside of the primary transfer belt cleaning section may be lled up with waste toner.
Solution The spring screw WT 302H723280 has been added to the upstream hole of the waste toner
nozzle, to break up lumps that may form out of the waste toner.
