In those models, we had experienced some issues
but now new FW which can solve the remaining
problems have been released.
Firmware : UpgradePack V13.01
NOTE: This FTP-Link is only temporarily available! If it does not work anymore please use the release FW ver. 13.00.0020 (or newer)
from the Downloadcenter.
(Direct FTP-Link)
New FW can solve the following issues mainly.
1)Faint Printing Issue
2)Drum Pin Hole Issue
Please press forward with installing the new FW
especially at the same time they exchange the LLU
units and so on.
