Operation failure due to the excessive electrical current

Phenomenon The machine may fail to operate.
Cause The short circuit may occur at the Parts PWB feed, due to the damaged wire coating of the
Wire DU after disassembling and reassembling of the conveying unit. (Pinched Wire DU
between the cover)
Solution To protect the circuit from excessive current, 2 fuses have been added to the 5V and 24V line
at the Parts PWB feed.
Recognizing if the Parts PWB feed is the old or new type (Refer to the silk print at the mounted side of the Parts
PWB feed.)

Field measure When the above mentioned phenomenon occurs, please check if the wire coating of the Wire DU
Entire stock rework
has been damaged. If this is the case, please wrap insulation tape around the damaged
wire coating or replace the Wire DU with the latest type.

When reassembling the Conveying unit, please check if the Wire DU passes through position X, when retting the
Cover PWB feed (2H722020) to the Conveying unit at the back of the machine.
