Sound from the primary transfer motor drive

Model: TASKalfa250ci/300ci

Phenomenon Vibration sound may arise from the primary transfer drive motor. (parts motor image 302JZ94130)

Cause This is due to tolerance between the primary transfer drive motor and the shaft.

Solution The following changes have been made:

1. The housing of the primary transfer drive motor has been changed from round metal plate type to square aluminium. (the same as used in the TASKalfa400ci/500ci)

2. Due to the above mentioned change, 2 screw holes have been added to the plate drive TC

302FZ31151 to x the primary transfer drive motor.
