Transfer failure 6mm from the trailing edge

Phenomenon The image may appear smudged 6mm from the trailing edge of the print-out.
Cause The trailing edge of the paper makes improper contact with the Transfer belt.
Solution The following changes have been made:
1. A SUS plate has been added to the Guide TC up L5 to ensure that the trailing edge of the
paper contacts the Transfer belt properly.
2. A Spacer has been added to the Guide TC up L5, to adjust the position of the guide.
3. The Guide TC up L5 and Guide TC L have been discontinued as individual parts. Please use
the assembly part, Parts guide TC L unit (302H794730).

Please use the Parts guide TC L unit (302H794730) when replacing the above mentioned parts.
Do not remove or loosen the screws which xes the parts. Fit the spring at the protrusion and
check if the Guide can move freely.
