Power supply
Please connect the designated AC adapter to an AC outlet of the correct
voltage. Do not connect it to an AC outlet of voltage other than that for which
your unit is intended.
Interference with other electrical devices
Radios and televisions placed nearby may experience reception interference.
Operate this unit at a suitable distance from radios and televisions.
Handling
To avoid breakage, do not apply excessive force to the switches or controls.
Care
If the exterior becomes dir ty, wipe it with a clean, dry cloth. Do not use liquid
cleaners such as benzene or thinner, or cleaning compounds or flammable
polishes.

Keeping foreign matter out of your equipment
Never set any container with liquid in it near this equipment. If liquid gets into

4. Input jack: Connect your guitar to this jack.
The power turns on when you insert a plug into the Input jack,

and turns off when you remove the plug. When you’re not using
the MIKU STOMP, unplug the cable that’s connected to the Input
jack so that the batteries are not used unnecessarily.
5. Peak LED: This LED will light up when the guitar input level is
excessive. Adjust the level as described in “Tips for accurate
pitch detection” section of the manual.

6. Output jack: Output from this jack should be connected to
your guitar amp or effect unit.
7. DC 9V jack: If you’re using an AC adapter, connect an
optional (separately sold) AC adapter here.
Connections
Before connecting any other equipment, be sure to
minimize the volume and turn off the power of all relevant
devices to avoid malfunctions or damage to your equipment.
The MIKU STOMP is powered either by an optional (separately
sold) AC adapter or by two AA alkaline batteries. Provide the
appropriate power supply as described in the “Power supply”
section of the manual.
1. Connect your guitar to the Input jack of the MIKU STOMP.
The power turns on.
Connect your guitar directly to the MIKU STOMP. If an

effect unit is connected before the MIKU STOMP in your signal
chain, the pitch might not be detected correctly.
2. Connect the Output jack of the MIKU STOMP to your
guitar amp or other equipment.
Before connecting anything, make sure that your guitar amp’s
volume is lowered.
3. Turn on the power of the connected devices, and adjust
the volume.
Turn on the power of the guitar amp last, and then adjust the
volume of each device appropriately.
