Warnings and cautions
• Please read these instructions before installation and retain for future reference
• To avoid electric shock, serious injury or property damage, isolate power before installing, removing or servicing the product
• It is recommended that luminaires are installed by a qualied electrician and the installation complies with the local current wiring regulations
• Any broken or damaged parts should be replaced as soon as possible. JCC will not accept responsibility for claims arising from sub-standard installations
• It is recommended that the ambient room temperature should not exceed 30°C
• These products are designed for connection to a mains supply of 240V~ 50Hz
• The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable: when the light source reaches the end its life the whole of the luminaire must be replaced
• This luminaire is suitable for outdoor use
• It may be necessary to upgrade your MCBs to allow for increased inrush current
• Do not carry out insulation tests with the product connected to the circuit
Installation
1. Remove back box from luminaire by removing screws (1) as shown in Fig. 1
2. Use back plate (2) as a template for drilling holes, ensuring the correct holes are drilled to match the rawl plugs supplied.
3. Fit rawl plugs to surface.
4. Insert mains supply cable through the grommet in the back plate, then secure back plate to mounting surface using screws supplied (3), ensuring gasket (4) is tted to body
correctly.
5. Wire luminaire input(5) to the mains supply as per Fig.2.
6. Re-attach the luminaire to the back box as per step 1.
7. Turn on mains supply to test luminaire.

JCC Lighting Products would recommend that the following maintenance is performed in order to prolong the life of this product:
During installation, and then bi-annually, grease or lubricate removable xings, thus ensuring future maintenance is trouble free.
Clean Luminaire with warm water to remove any surface deposits. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
