Please read these instructions before installation and retain for future reference. It is recommended
that luminaires are installed by a qualied electrician to ensure the installation complies with the
current IEE wiring regulations BS7671: 2008. Any broken or damaged parts should be replaced as
soon as possible. JCC will not accept responsibility for claims arising from sub-standard installations.
This product is for indoor use only, and should not be covered by any insulated material. The light
source of this luminaire is not replaceable : when the light source reaches its end of life, the
whole of the luminaire shall be replaced.
Installation Note
It may be necessary to uprate your MCBs to allow for increased inrush current.
Installation Procedure
Read instructions and check you have all the tools and accessories required to complete the
installation correctly. Isolate power supply before starting the installation.
1. Remove the ceiling tile from the location where you wish to install the LED Panel.
2. Wire the LED Driver to the mains supply and connect to the DALI controls wires. Refer to Fig.1 for
details.
3. Move LED Panel into the ceiling aperture and when positioned halfway connect the Driver to the
LED Panel (Fig. 2).
4. View on inside of ceiling void showing LED Panel in position with the Driver positioned on top of it.
5. Reconnect mains power supply.

Note: DO NOT carry out insulation tests with the driver connected to the circuit. The external
exible cable cord of this luminaire cannot be replaced: if the cord is damaged the luminaire should
be decommissioned and destroyed.
