How to upgrade your Jabra GN2000 USB headset
Step 1: Determine the right version of your Jabra GN2000 USB headset.
Please look at the barrel label, which is attached on the USB cord
to cross reference the part number to the table below.

Step 2: Insert your Jabra GN2000 USB cable to the USB port
Step 3: Download the zip-file from the support area on the Jabra GN2000 USB
product page

Step 3: Run the file downloaded file .exe file
Step 4: Follow the on-screen instructions
Your Jabra GN2000 USB will now have the latest software available.
If you have one of the following versions of the GN2000 USB
The headset will now have the mute function enabled and works by pressing the middle of
the volume button. A red light will indicate when mute function is active.
