Grounding Instructions
This product must be grounded. If it should malfunction or breakdown, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock.
This product is equipped with a cord having an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.
DANGER: Improper connection
of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in an increased risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if you are in doubt as to whether the product is properly grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with the product—if it will not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician.
This product is for use on a nominal 120-volt circuit and it has a grounding plug that looks like the plug illustrated below.
A temporary adapter that looks like the adapter illustrated below can be used to connect this plug to a 2pole receptacle as shown in the drawing if a properly grounded outlet is not available.

The temporary adapter should be used only until a properly grounded outlet (as shown at the left) can be installed by a qualified electrician. Whenever the adapter is used, it must be held in place by a metal screw.

Choosing a Location for the Sports Bar
There are many factors to consider when choosing a locationfor the sports bar. Following are several factors you may wish to consider as you decide where to set up the sports bar.
1. The sports bar should be near a power source capable of supplying 110 volts AC power.
2. The location must be able to support the weight of the sports bar. The sports bar weighs approximately 750 pounds.
3. Make sure the location is flat, level, and stable.
The location must allow sufficient space around the
4. sports bar to permit servicing of the sports bar.
Using and Maintaining the Sports Bar
MAINTAINING THE SPORTS BAR EXTERIOR
Any exposed wooden surface should be cleaned and restained as necessary. The risers should be cleaned with a mild soap solution; do not use solvents or waxes.
CLEANING THE CERAMIC TOP
Clean the ceramic top with a damp sponge using a solution of 1/4 cup of white vinegar to 2 gallons of water. You may also choose a cleaner specifically formulated for ceramic tile. Do not stand, sit, or play on the ceramic top.
To drain the water, attach a standard garden hose to the standard hose adapter on the drain hose. Pull the drain hose from the clamp on the bottom of the sports bar. Remove the drain plug in the ice bucket. If the water does not appear to be draining, make sure that the drain hose has not become obstructed with debris and that it is level with or lower than the sports bar.
In the case of an obstruction, unscrew the clamp at the end of the hose; take the filter screen out of the hose and remove any debris. The drain hose assembly can also be removed from the plastic liner by pulling the hose away from the plastic drain in the plastic liner.
USING AND MAINTAINING THE ICE BUCKET
The sports bar features an ice bucket to keep your beverages cool. The ice bucket consists of a stainless steel bucket recessed into a sturdy plastic liner. The ice bucket can be easily removed, emptied, and cleaned. Note: To keep ice longer, place the lid on the ice bucket when not serving drinks.
To remove the ice bucket, carefully slide your fingers underneath each of the rounded sides of the bucket and lift. Each time you remove the bucket, carefully examine the gasket on the bottom of the bucket for damage. If the gasket is damaged, please call our Customer Service Department for a replacement gas ket or to schedule a service call.
The ice bucket has a convenient drain plug that allows

any water to drain into the plastic liner liner prevents water from dripping into the internal structure of the sports bar. Attached to the plastic liner is a drain hose assembly consisting of a clamp, a filter screen, and a standard garden hose adapter.
.
When you are finished draining the ice bucket, disconnect the garden hose from the drain hose and push the drain hose into the clamp. Insert the drain plug into the ice bucket.
USING AND MAINTAINING THE CUTTING BOARD
To use the cutting board, pull it out completely. If it is more convenient, the cutting board can be removed from the sports bar and moved to another location for use. Clean the cutting board frequently with hot soapy

• The cutting board and other food surfaces should be kept dry when not in use. Resident bacteria survive no more than a few hours without moisture. Keep moisture of any type from standing on the cutting board for long periods of time. Do not allow moisture to collect beneath the cutting board. Prop up one end of the cutting board if it is on the ceramic top and not in use.
• During use, scrape the cutting board often with a scraper or a spatula. Scraping removes much of the moisture that builds up on the cutting board. Never scrub the cutting board with a steel brush (a steel brush will mar the finish). An occasional sanding will return the cutting board to a smooth luster.

USING AND MAINTAINING THE SPEAKERS, CD PLAYER, LIGHTS, AND REFRIGERATOR
The sports bar features a premium sound system that delivers excellent sound through the two externally mounted swivel speakers. These speakers can be swiveled in the direction you like. To use the speakers, refer to the manufacturer’s manual that came with the speakers.
The sports bar features a CD player with a cover so that it can be used outdoors. To use and care for the CD player, refer to the manufacturer’s manual that came with the CD player. Please be aware that the maximum volume of the CD player and speakers can disturb your neighbors.
The sports bar features bright halogen bulbs with a control switch that allows you to use the sports bar at night. Use only 150 watt or smaller wattage bulbs with the sports bar.
The sports bar incorporates an external power outlet for small kitchen appliances only.
Follow the instructions in the user’s manual that came with the refrigerator for information on use and maintenance.
• Some professional cooks add beeswax to the mineral oil for a more durable finish. In a microwavesafe dish, shave about 1/2 teaspoon of beeswax into 1 cup of mineral oil, and microwave it on high for about 45 seconds. Apply the oil to the cutting board while it is still warm. Allow the oil to soak in for a few minutes, and then remove all surface oil with a dry remaining oil.
