1 Install the removed mounting ears in the middle of side panels of the NE20E-S2 .
2 Installi mounting ears for the 21-inch cabinet.
3 Connect the ground cable to the NE20E-S2 before installing the NE20E-S2 into a cabinet.
4 Install the NE20E-S2 into the cabinet.
5 Install the cable tray.
1 Install ground cables.
2 Install power cables.
3 Install network cables.
4 Install optical fibers.
5 Install E1 cables.

This document takes installing the NE20E-S2 into a 21-inch N63B cabinet as
an example.
Wear an ESD wrist strap or ESD gloves before installing the NE20E-S2 .
ESD
● The normal DC power distribution voltage ranges from -40 V DC to -72 V DC.
● Do not install power cables when the power is on.
Use a network cable tester to test cable connectivity.

All cables must be routed through the cable tray. Ensure that cables block no fan
modules.
!
● The bending radius of an optical fiber must be greater than 40 mm.
● To mark and reinforce the edges of the pipe, wrap electrical tape around both ends.
● Lead the corrugated pipe about 100 mm in to the cabinet through the top opening.
