Hewlett-Packard limited warranty statement

The HP Photosmart M22/M23 digital camera with HP Instant Share comes with a 90 day limited warranty in the US, and a one year limited warranty in
other English-speaking countries.

• HP warrants to you, the end-user customer, that HP hardware, accessories, software, and supplies will be free from defects in materials and workmanship
after the date of purchase, for the period specified above. If HP receives notice of such defects during the warranty period, HP will, at its option, either
repair or replace products which prove to be defective. Replacement products may be either new or equivalent in performance to new.

• HP warrants to you that HP software will not fail to execute its programming instructions after the date of purchase, for the period specified above, due to
defects in material and workmanship when properly installed and used. If HP receives notice of such defects during the warranty period, HP will replace
software which does not execute its programming instructions due to such defects.

• HP does not warrant that the operation of HP products will be uninterrupted or error free. If HP is unable, within a reasonable time, to repair or replace
any product to a condition as warranted, you will be entitled to a refund of the purchase price upon prompt return of the product.

• HP products may contain remanufactured parts equivalent to new in performance or may have been subject to incidental use.

• Warranty does not apply to defects resulting from (a) improper or inadequate maintenance or calibration, (b) software, interfacing, parts or supplies not
supplied by HP, (c) unauthorized modification or misuse, (d) operation outside of the published environmental specifications for the product, or (e)
improper site preparation or maintenance.

• TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LOCAL LAW, THE ABOVE WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND NO OTHER WARRANTY OR CONDITION, WHETHER
WRITTEN OR ORAL, IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED AND HP SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF
MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some countries, states or provinces do not allow limitations

zal ondervinden met het uitvoeren van de programma-instructies vanwege gebreken in materiaal en constructie, indien de software correct wordt
geïnstalleerd en gebruikt. Als u HP binnen de garantieperiode op de hoogte stelt van dergelijke gebreken, zal HP de software vervangen die als gevolg
van dergelijke gebreken de programma-instructies niet uitvoert.

• HP garandeert niet dat de HP-hardware ononderbroken of zonder fouten zal functioneren. Als HP niet binnen een redelijke tijd in staat is om een product
in een gegarandeerde staat te brengen door reparatie of vervanging, hebt u recht op teruggave van het aankoopbedrag op voorwaarde dat u het
product tijdig terugstuurt.

• HP-producten kunnen gereviseerde onderdelen bevatten die functioneel gelijkwaardig zijn aan nieuwe onderdelen of kunnen incidenteel zijn gebruikt.

• Deze garantie is niet van toepassing op gebreken die het gevolg zijn van (a) onjuist of onvoldoende onderhoud of onjuiste of onvoldoende kalibratie,

(b) het gebruik van software, interfaces, onderdelen of toebehoren die niet zijn geleverd door HP, (c) misbruik of onrechtmatige wijzigingen, (d) gebruik

onder omstandigheden die vallen buiten de aangegeven omgevingsspecificaties voor het product of (e) onjuiste voorbereiding of onderhoud van de
bedrijfslocatie.

• DE GARANTIEBEPALINGEN DIE HIERBOVEN WORDEN BESCHREVEN, ZIJN EXCLUSIEF EN VERVANGEN ALLE ANDERE, HETZIJ MONDELING OF
SCHRIFTELIJK, HETZIJ UITDRUKKELIJK OF STILZWIJGEND VAN AARD. HP WIJST SPECIFIEK ENIGE EN ALLE STILZWIJGENDE GARANTIES AF, MET
INBEGRIP VAN, ZONDER BEPERKING, GARANTIES INZAKE VERKOOPBAARHEID EN GESCHIKTHEID VOOR EEN BEPAALD DOEL. Sommige landen
staan geen beperkingen toe van de duur van een geïmpliceerde garantie. Het is dus mogelijk dat de bovengenoemde beperking of uitsluiting niet op u
van toepassing is. Deze garantie biedt u specifieke wettelijke rechten. Mogelijk hebt u daarnaast andere rechten die variëren per land, staat of

• De beperkte garantie van HP is van toepassing in elk land waarin HP ondersteuning biedt voor dit product en waarin HP dit product op de markt heeft
gebracht. De garantieservice die wordt verleend kan per land verschillen, afhankelijk van de geldende standaard. HP zal de vorm of functionaliteit van het
product niet aanpassen om het te kunnen gebruiken in een land waarin het wegens wettelijke bepalingen en voorschriften nooit uitgebracht zal

• IN DE WETTELIJK TOEGESTANE MATE HEBT U ALLEEN DE MOGELIJKHEDEN TOT VERHAAL DIE WORDEN VERMELD IN DEZE GARANTIEVERKLARING.
MET UITZONDERING VAN HETGEEN HIERBOVEN WORDT VERMELD IS HP (OF DE LEVERANCIERS VAN HP), IN GEEN GEVAL AANSPRAKELIJK
VOOR HET VERLIES VAN GEGEVENS OF VOOR DIRECTE, SPECIALE, INCIDENTELE OF GEVOLGSCHADE (WAARONDER WINSTDERVING) OF
ANDERE SCHADE; OF DEZE NU IS GEBASEERD OP CONTRACT, ONRECHTMATIGE DAAD OF ENIGE ANDERE JURIDISCHE THEORIE. Sommige
landen staan geen uitsluiting of beperking toe van bijkomende schade of gevolgschade. De bovengenoemde beperking of uitsluiting is dus mogelijk niet

Verstandig omgaan met afval

Dit HP-product bevat de volgende materialen die mogelijk niet als gewoon afval kunnen worden weggegooid:

• Lithium-ijzerdisulfide-, alkali-mangaandioxide-zink- of nikkelmetaalhydride-batterijen (type AA)

Het is mogelijk dat er uit milieuoverwegingen regels bestaan voor de verwerking van deze materialen. Neem voor informatie over afvalscheiding of hergebruik

Voorzorgsmaatregelen

• Om het risico van elektrische schokken te vermijden moet u de behuizing van de camera niet openen of proberen de camera zelf te repareren. Neem voor
reparatie contact op met een erkend servicecentrum van HP.

• Bij de M22 digitale camera worden twee niet-oplaadbare AA-batterijen geleverd. Laad deze batterijen niet op. Gebruik geen oude en nieuwe batterijen
of batterijen van verschillende typen samen. Volg de veiligheidsinstructies van de fabrikant van de batterijen.

• Gooi batterijen weg in overeenstemming met de instructies van de fabrikant van de batterijen betreffende afvalverwerking en hergebruik of de aanbevolen
richtlijnen voor uw gebied. Verbrand batterijen niet en steek er niet met scherpe voorwerpen in.

• Laad niet-oplaadbare batterijen niet opnieuw op.
