32004629-001, -002, -003, -004 Bonnet Adapter Kits
FOR Q5020 GLOBE VALVE LINKAGES
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
DESCRIPTION
The Bonnet Adapter Kits allow you to mount a Q5020 Globe Valve Linkage on some Seimens, Johnson, and Siebe globe valves. Each kit consists of a bonnet adapter and stem adapter.
INSTALLATION
When Installing this Product...
1.Read these instructions carefully. Failure to follow them could damage the product or cause a hazardous condition.
2.Check the ratings given in the instructions and on the product to make sure the product is suitable for your application.
3.Installer must be a trained, experienced service technician.

32004629-001 Installation
Once the old actuator is removed, proceed as follows:
1.Place stem adapter on the valve stem.
2.Tighten the set screws.
3.Place the bonnet adapter on the existing valve bonnet.
4.Tighten the set screw.
5.Install the Q5020 according to the instructions provided with the linkage.

32004629-002 and -004 Installation
Once the old actuator is removed, proceed as follows:
1.Thread the bonnet adapter onto the valve until it bottoms out on the valve.
2.Thread the stem adapter onto the valve stem until it bottoms out.
3.Install the Q5020 according to the instructions provided with the linkage.

32004629-003 Installation
Once the old actuator is removed, proceed as follows:
1.Thread the stem adapter onto the valve stem until it bottoms out.
2.Place the bonnet adapter on the existing valve bonnet.
3.Tighten the set screw.
4.Install the Q5020 according to the instructions provided with the linkage.
