Operating buttons for the CD player and radio
In CD operating mode:
Skip/Search buttons
Press briefly to skip a track. Keep pressed to search. (
t = reverse, s = forward).
In radio operating mode: Tuning buttons (TUNING DOWN/UP)
In CD operating mode: Play/Pause button (

Press to start CD playback. Press to interrupt CD playback. Press again to resume playback.
Stop/Delete button (STOP) This button is used to stop CD playback. To terminate the pause function. To deactivate the programme mode when stopped.
INTRO button
To play the introduction (10 sec.) of all CD tracks.
In radio mode:
Preselection and selection button for station memory
(MEMO UP)
In CD mode:
MEMO button
Entering the displayed track number into the programme memory.
In radio mode:
MEMO button
Memory button.
BAND button
Wave band range button FM/MW/LW
In CD mode:
RANDOM button
To play CD tracks in random order.

REPEAT button
To repeat one track, the whole CD or the programmed track.
REMAIN button
To switch the display between playing time completed and playing time remaining.
Operating buttons for the cassette deck
Record button (OTR ) One-Touch Recording
This button is linked to the PLAY ŀ button.
It starts the tape transport when recording.

This button starts the tape transport.
Rewind button (REW.

This button is used for the fast rewind function.
Fast forward button (F. FWD.

This button is used for the fast forward wind function.
Stop/Eject button (STOP/EJECT

This button is used to stop all tape fuctions and recording. In stop mode, it opens the cassette compartment.
Pause button (PAUSE II) This button interrupts the tape functions during recording and playback.

Socket for connecting the mains cable.
Battery compartment
Sockets CD OUT L/R CD signal output sockets, L = left channel; R = right channel.
