CapKold® air compressor, designed to provide sufficient volume of clean, high pressure compressed air at 90
PSIG, necessary for all air powered or air activated equipment and components in the CapKold® Cook-Chill
Production Kitchen.

AIR COMPRESSOR SIZING GUIDE:
Review proposed equipment package and note those
components that utilize compressed air. Multiply flow
rate by the number of units, then total the far right
column for maximum SCFM total required.
AIR COMPRESSOR MODEL GUIDE:
To ensure sufficient compressed air volume, specify a
compressor with a CFM delivery rate equal to or
higher than the total cfm required for all system
components and applications listed above.
AIR COMPRESSOR CONSTRUCTION
(ALL MODELS):
• Splash lubricated reciprocating compressor with
cast iron cylinders and heads
• Alloy steel, self-cleaning reed valves
• NEMA rated electric motor with enclosed, hinged
belt guard
• Air intake filter/silencer

OPTIONS/ACCESSORIES:
Vertical air receiver tank, refrig-
erated air dryer would ship
loose and mount separately.
NOTES:
• If CKPF/3 Pump/Fill (with clipper) and additional
Model CVE or CVW vacuum clipper will not be used
simultaneously, 8 SCFM may be deducted from
total air
• If multiple kettles with air valves are specified,
typically only one will require air during product
transfer using the CKPF/3 Pump/Fill
• Vertical Tank models can be specified in installations
where available space in utility room is limited.
Vertical and horizontal tank units of the same size
have similar performance
