A one-of-a-kind, self-service, attractively lit holding cabinet; ideal for holding rotisserie chicken, or various other prepared foods, at proper serving temperature prior to sale.
The remarkable RT-5 Holding Cabinet is designed to accommodate stacking a Giles RT-5 Rotisserie on its top. The combination of these two units provides a beautiful display of mouth-watering products being cooked and ready for purchase.

Design Features
Only 34-3/8” wide, the RT-5 Holding Cabinet is designed to fit in limited space. The unit is equipped with self-serve shelves, allowing customers to help themselves while deli staff handles other duties. The warmer displays the product in full view of your customer and allows flexibility in serving options.
Self-Serve Shelves
The self-serve access allows the deli staff to load cooked products onto shelves from the back; customers can lift the self-serve door and choose the items they wish to purchase. Each shelf is 26-1/8” wide, so each packaged item is maintained in an attractive, orderly display.
