Descrizione Description
Il sistema, basato su un convertitore di frequenza (inverter),
regola con precisione e rapidità la velocità dei ventilatori in
base alla richiesta dell’impianto. La regolazione della velocità (giri/1’), a seconda delle versioni, può essere eseguita
in modalità manuale e/o in modalità automatica. Il pannello
operatore G-touch permette di visualizzare e modicare lo
stato di funzionamento e le relative variabili. Le unità sono
completamente programmabili e permettono l’utilizzo con
una ampia gamma di ventilatori nelle diverse applicazioni. Il
Control Fan, viene realizzato in una congurazione compatta
e modulare tale da facilitarne l’installazione e l’avviamento.
The system, based on a frequency inverter, regulates with
precision and fastness the blowers’s speed according to
the plant’s demands. Speed regulation, according to the
installed model, can be done in the manual mode and/or
in automatic mode.
The G-touch panel display and allows to modify the
system’s status and parameters. The units are fully
programmable which allowing the use of a wide range of
blowers in different applications. The Control Fan, is built
in a compact and modular configuration in order to allow
an easier installation and startup.

Il Control Fan è un sistema di regolazione della velocità utilizzato come controllo a frequenza variabile per ventilatori che
trova l’applicazione ideale nelle sale macchine di yacht e megayacht. Il sistema è progettato e prodotto esclusivamente dalla
Gianneschi Pumps and Blowers per fornire un particolare
controllo sulla ventilazione che permetta di raggiungere e
mantenere all’interno della sala macchine la temperatura
ideale.
Applications
The Control Fan is a Speed Regulation System used as
a variable frequency drive controller for blowers; ideally
used in engine rooms for yachts and mega yachts. This
system, designed and manufactured exclusively by
Gianneschi Pumps and Blowers for specific ventilation
control in order to get and maintain the best temperature
in engine room.

VERSIONI / VERSIONS
Il sistema di controllo e regolazione Control Fan è fornito nelle
versioni Manuale, Semi-Automatico ed Automatico.
MANUALE
Il sistema deve essere congurato manualmente impostando,
tramite menù integrati sul G-touch panel, velocità, senso di
rotazione ed altri parametri. Tra le intergrazioni nel sistema
è da notare la funzione “lavaggio”: opzione che permette il
totale ricambio d’aria in sala macchine.
SEMI-AUTOMATICO
Oltre a tutte le funzioni presenti nella versione manuale, la
versione semi-automatica aggiunge la regolazione della ve-
locità dei ventilatori in base alle temperature rilevate. Il
sistema è pre-impostato per un ampio numero di condizioni
operative ma i parametri che regolano il funzionamento sono
comunque programmabili e possono essere adattati alle differenti necessità.
AUTOMATICO
Oltre a tutte le funzioni presenti nella versione semi-automatica, la versione automatica aggiunge la regolazione della
velocità dei ventilatori in base al differenziale di pressione interno/esterno ed al regime dei motori (se disponibile
dalla casa costruttrice del motore). Il sistema è pre-impostato
per un ampio numero di condizioni operative ma i parametri
che regolano il funzionamento sono comunque programmabili
e possono essere adattati alle differenti necessità.
The Control Fan system is realized in Manual, Semi-Automatic
and Automatic versions.
MANUAL
The system has to be set manually through the integrated
menu on G-touch panel to regulate speed, rotation
direction and other parameters. It is necessary keep
in mind the “washing” function through the integrated
systems. This will allow a complete change of air in the
engine room.
SEMI-AUTOMATIC
Together with all the functions integrated in the manual
version, the semi-automatic version adds the adjustment of

fan speed based on temperature readings. The system is
set beforehand for a broad number of working conditions but
the parameters which regulate the functions are by all means
programmable and can be set to ones needs.
AUTOMATIC
Together with all the functions integrated in the semi-automatic
version, the automat ic version is able to add the adjustment of
the fan speed which is based on the differential internal/
external pressure from the engine room and RPM engine
status (if available from engine manufacturing). The system is
set beforehand for a broad number of working conditions but
the parameters which regulate the functions are by all means
programmable and can be set to ones needs.
