Instrument Description:

353 A only.
355 A, V, Ohms.
Battery powered, true RMS multimeter, 2000A, 600V CATIV measuring
capability. 4000 count main display for A, V, Ohms. Secondary display for
frequency.

Memory Description:

The 353 and 355 have one memory device: IC1 on the display PCB (ref.

76.35.13.276.0), micro controller TI MSP430F427, 32k Flash, 1k RAM. It
contains operating code for the product and calibration constants.

Memory Cleaning Instructions:

The user controlled storage operation, other than the calibration constants, is the
storage of Min, Max, and Average. Min, Max, and Average are cleared when the
function switch is changed or the MIN MAX button is held for more than one
second.
