The aim of every Festool power tool is to make your day-to-day work
better and more effective. With this in mind, we have worked closely
with specialists in the detailing trade to bring you the new rotary polisher SHINEX. The new contoured shapeoffers numerous gripping
options which make polishing noticeably more comfortable. This SHINEX
has low weight and optimum weight distribution, making tool guidance
even easier and more secure. The special variable speed trigger allows
you to adapt the speed perfectly to suit whatever polishing job you
happen to be working on.
Not only comfortable to operate the dynamics have also improved
thanks to the newly developed double reduction gearing. This new
feature ensures a high performance combined with increase endurance.
Backing pads, polishing pads, polishes, finishing cleaner,
microfibre cloth: ever ything you need per fectly designed for use
with the SHINE X. Specially developed foams and compounds
ensure optimum polishing results and longer life for backing and
polishing pads.

From 400 to 2100 revs.
Power is one thing, applying it in the right amount as
it’s needed is another: the conveniently positioned
variable speed trigger lets you start the SHINEX
gently at a low speed and then speed it up to as much
as 2100 rpm, depending on the set torque level. The
trigger can be locked to keep the speed constant. The
newly developed double reduction gearing means
that the SHINEX always has enough power and
stamina in reserve for hours of intensive polishing
work. And not just in the higher speed range, but also
in the particularly demanding lower range. The heat
produced by the motor is continually drawn off by an
integrated heat sink. That’s not just good for the
bearings, but also makes itself felt under your grip:
you’ll notice that the gripping zones of the SHINEX
stay cool over long periods of use. Along with the

compared with conventional two-level polishing tools, the SHINEX
is easy to guide in any position. It lies securely balanced on the
surface, allowing sensitive work close to the sur face even in hardto-reach spots. The soft-grip material makes it pleasant and
