XEDIO MODULE
XEDIO I/O is a multiformat HD/SD Encoding
and Playout platform
adapted for the most
demanding broadcast
studio requirements.
XEDIO I/O can be
configured as either
encoder or playout
channel, thereby offering
maximum flexibility in
infrastructure planning.
Supporting all popular
codecs, XEDIO I/O used
as encoder is capable of
generating synchronized
high and proxy resolution
files at the same time
for faster and easier
production workflow.
Used as a playout
channel, XEDIO I/O is
capable of playing XEDIO
edits instantly, thereby
enabling the fastest
production workflows with
no need for file rendering
prior to playout.
EVS XEDIO I/O allows
a wide range of
configurations. It provides
a flexible and reliable
solution for any multiformat news production
infrastructures. Combined
with other XEDIO software
components, including
CleanEdit NLE, XEDIO
I/O builds a solid and
complete foundation
for editing highlights
and news.
