The following items are in the box.

Make sure that you have all the items shown above, and that none has
been damaged. If you find anything missing or damaged, please
contact your OI-R08 dealer.
Cautions on Handling
When you use the OI-R08, be sure to note the following points:

Avoid locations that are unstable or are subject to high levels of
vibration.
❏
When connecting or disconnecting cables, make sure that the
power switches of the DM-D customer displays (EPSON
series) and the printer connected to the displays are turned off.

Assembling
1. Connect the converter connector to one of COM connectors on the
IM-310, and secure it.
Note:
When connecting the converter connector, change the jumper setting
using the jumpers on the IM-310 for +12 V power supply. (See the
“IR-310 User’s Manual” for details on the jumper setting.)
2. Pass the cables for the displays through each pole of the twin pole,
and attach the displays to the twin po le.

3. Pass the cable from the shorter pole through the hole on the longer
pole as shown below.
4. Attach the base to the IM-310 as shown in the illustration below,
and secur e it with the sc rews.
Note:
Be sure that the tab is in the position shown.

5. Pass the cables for the displays through the base.

6. Place the twin pole over the base so that the tab on the base clicks
into the hole on the twin pole.
7. Connect one of the cables for the display to the DM connector on
the IM-310.
8. Connect the other cable connector to the converter connector
attached in step 1.
