How did we satisfy your medium consistency pump application requirements? Emerson engineers used the eld-proven Fisher® Vee-Ball™ V150 segmented ball valve and added an expanded outlet feature, which accommodates process and transfer lines that are larger in diameter than the pump discharge. Then, we tted the V150E with the Fisher 2052 compact pneumatic diaphragm rotary actuator for reliable fail-safe operation. To complete the package, we added the non-contact Fisher FIELDVUE™ DVC6200 digital valve controller to provide optimal valve performance. All components of the V150E expanded outlet valve work together to provide reliable, high-performance throttling operation.
