Before operating
1.Read this manual and all the other operations or labels marked on the vehicle
body before operating.
2.Only authorized people should drive the vehicle only in the designated area do
not OVERLOAD.
4. Do not drive the car if drinking any alcohol or have any drugs which could
distract the driver's vision and judgment
.
1. Keep your entire body in the vehicle and remain seated when the vehicle starts
moving.
2. Do not start the car until all passengers are seated.
3. Keep your hands on the steering wheel and your eyes on the path ahead.
4. Be especially careful when backing the car in crowded areas. Please keep
watching back and roll back slowly.
5. Avoid sudden start and brake.
6. Please accelerate or decelerate the vehicle according to the ground condition.
7. Do not turn the steering wheel sharply at high speed.
8. Do not overload or make any modification without authorized dealer consultation.

Select “ forward “ or “ reverse “ key.
Tread the accelerator to start moving; and tread the parking pedal
to stop .
Please drive safely according to the terrain ,visibility and driving experience; please drive carefully in the crowded and slippery places .
When parking, please tread the parking pedal and draw up the
handle of hand brake. When starting the car, please release the handle.

Turning On Main Switch
1.Shifting the switch to RUN position
allows power supply to the vehicle.
2.Shifting the switch to OFF position
shuts off power supply to the vehicle.
Key Switch
1.Insert key and turn right to set vehicle
to run. (Note: Shift the F/R switch to the middle position before turning on main switch).
2.Turn key left to turn vehicle off. Key can only be removed in the off position.
Forward/Reverse Switch
The Forward/Reverse switch is used to shift vehicle from to forward to reverse and neutral. Place switch in top position for forward, bottom position for reverse, and in the middle for neutral. Buzzer will sound while in reverse position.
1. C o m p l e t e l y s t o p vehicle b e f o r e s h i f t i n g F / R switch. When shifting from forward to reverse or
vice versa please leave switch in middle position for 2 seconds. Shifting F/R switch quickly may result in
sensor malfunction and render it useless.

Get in the habit of performing the
following checks in the same way so
that they become second nature.
Be sure that the main switch key is
set to off before performing the per-
operating checks to prevent
accidental starting, and apply the parking brake to keep the
vehicle from moving.

Charge batteries before every
use. See charging steps in chapter 6.
Check that the batter ies are held
securely in place to prevent the
batteries from vibration or jarring.
Check the battery terminals for
corrosion.
TIRE CONDITION
Check the tire air pressure before the
operation of vehicle.
Tire Wear Limit

Check to make sure steering isn't too
tight or loose. Listen for noise. a. Turn wheel back and forth.
If you find too much empty steering or
hear noise, it means something is wrong please contact dealer immediately.

Battery electrolyte is poisonous and
dangerous, may cause severe burns, etc.
It contains sulfuric acid. Avoid
contacting with skin, eyes and clothes. If
accidental contact or ingestion occurs.
EXTERNAL: Flush with water
INTERNAL: Drink large quantities of
water or mi lk . Fo ll ow w ith milk of
magnesia, beaten egg, or vegetable oil.
Call physi ci an i mmedi at ely.
EYES: Flush with water for 15 minutes
and get prompt medical attention.
Batteries produce explosive gases. Keep
sparks, flames and cigarettes away.
Make sure it is ventilated when charging
or using in enclosed space. Always shield
eyes when working near batteries.
Batteries provide power for your electric car and must be properly maintained and recharged for maximum performance and service life. The ways to maintain you r batte ries.

Explosive hydrogen gas is produced
while batteries are being charged.

Follow the instructions contained in
your battery charger’s owner’s manual
to charge the batteries in your vehicle.
The following is a summary of the charging steps. Do not attempt to recharge your vehicle’s batteries without thoroughly reading and understanding the manual.

4. After the charger has turned off disconnect the DC output plug from the vehicle receptacle by grasping the plug body and pulling the plug straight out of the receptacle.

Before charging:
Only add distilled water. If fluid is below the top of the plates, add just enough to cover plates.
After charging:
Check that the fluid level is appropriately 1/4 to 1/2 inch above the plates and 1/4 to 3/8 inch below the level is low. Add distilled water carefully. Adding distilled water after charging helps prevent boiling over

Normal tap water contains minerals w h i c h a r e h a r m f u l t o a battery; therefore, refill only with distilled water.
3.Using a hydrometer, check the specific gravity of the battery fluid in each cell against the readings on the chart below. Consult a Elite Electric Vehicles dealer if any low readings are found.

Braking Adjustment
MAINTENANCE
Be sure the main switch is in the “off” position, before you check the wheel or braking system.
1. Take out the wheel nuts, after the car is totally still. Anything will be fine to
prevent it moving.
2. Elevate the car with a jack and take out the tire and the screw bolt.
3. Use the steps above conversely, when installing the tire

MAINTENANCE
Before adjusting the brake, tread the brake pedal severa l times to adj ust the br akes .
1. Remove the cover of the dash board
2. Check the brake pedal by pressing
with two fingers with proper force and
measuring the forwarding distance of
the pedal untill resistance is felt .
Do not loosen the brake cables because of air leakage, which will a l s o a f f e c t t h e b r a k e adjustment and result in the brak in g functio n .
MAINTENANCE
Do not adjust brake cable too tight as this will make the brake adjust not work correctly
, and therefore effect
the brake performance.

STORAGE
C A U T I ON
Perform the following preparations
when leaving your vehicle unused for a
long time:
NOTE:
Turn the main switch key to the “OFF” position , remove the key , and put it in a safe place .
CHASSIS PREPARATION
1. Verify the air pressure of the tire is
25psi
( 3 kgf/cm3);
2. Clean the outside of the vehicle with
anti-rust oil;
3. Cover the vehicle and store it in a dry
and well-ventilated place.
BATTERY PR EPARAT IO N
1.Recharge the batteries and check the fluid levels at least once a month .
2.Disconnect cables in case of long storage

Limited Vehicle Warranty
Elite EV, a brand of Southeast International Resources LLC, and here after known as Elite or Elite EV, warrants as described herein the ELITE product to the original retail purchaser, providing the product was purchased from an ELITE authorized dealer and the purchase is registered within 30 days of sale.
Elite golf carts will be warranted for a period of TWO years from the date of purchase to be free of any defective manufacturer parts or workmanship, excluding the following:
Painted Tops and Bodies
Cracked body panels
Batteries (warrantied by manufacture)
Tires (warrantied by manufacture)
Burnt motors are NOT covered under warranty
SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS: Specific exclusions from this warranty shall include, but not limited to normal wear to tires, wheel bearings, light bulbs, brake shoes and brake system, seat covers, painted tops and any adjustment parts. Elite EV will not cover under warranty any damages that occur during transportation to include tops and windshields. All vehicles used in a rental fleet are covered by a (12) month limited warranty and MUST be registered as rental vehicles from date of delivery.
The warranty covers labor at our normal labor rate schedule and is subject to change without notice. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase and registration to the end user.
Elite EV does not cover battery warranty. The battery manufacturer of the battery will be responsible for all battery warranty issues. Specific battery warranty information can be obtained by contacting battery manufacture in question.
This warranty is effective for all Elite vehicle models sold through SIR.
Specifically excluded from Elite EV warranty are adjustments or repairs made due to normal wear, routine maintenance items, cosmetic deterioration, weather deterioration and electrical components which are susceptible to current fluctuations, power surges or Acts of God for which Elite EV has no control over. Any parts removed and replaced with new parts covered under warranty shall become the property of and returned to Elite EV unless released and

acknowledged in writing or email by Elite EV. Any parts replaced under this warranty shall have the remainder of the original warranty. Tires and batteries are not included in this warranty and are warranted by respective manufacturer.
The sole remedy under this warranty and Elite EV is the obligation to repair or replace parts, at its sole discretion, that are considered manufacturer defects. This remedy precludes all other remedies including any lawsuits, claims or other proceedings alleging strict liability, negligence of contract or any cause of action. Elite EV reserves the right to change, modify or improve any part or design to any Elite EV vehicle without assuming any responsibility to modify previous vehicles.
WARRANTY DETAILS: All warranty claims shall be filed via fax or email to Elite EV on a warranty claim form available on our web site. Pictures will be needed when requested and all receipts prior to authorization to complete warranty repairs. A return material authorization form, which is available on our web site, may also be requested prior to any work being performed by an AUTHORIZED DEALER.
All warranty parts must be paid for in advance and a credit will be issued at the time Elite EV has authorized the warranty claim and received the defective part(s). It is Elite EV decision as to whether the parts need to be returned or not. All parts required to be returned to Elite EV should be returned in a timely manner. Dealers(s) will be responsible for all freight/shipping cost to Elite EV. If part(s) is found to not be defective, Dealer will not be refunded shipping cost. Elite EV will be responsible for all shipping cost for the warranty part(s), to and from Dealer location, once the warranty claim has been approved. NO OVER NIGHT shipping unless paid for and requested by Dealer.
DISCLAIMER: This warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties, implied or expressed. Elite EV further disclaims all liability for incidental, punitive, consequential or exemplary damages. To include, but not limited to personal injury or property damage arising from any defect in Elite EV vehicle.
No agent, employee or representative of Elite EV has the authority to bind Elite EV, a subsidiary of Southeast International Resources LLC, to any other agreement, representation or warranty concerning this warranty. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
Products supplied to dealer by Elite EV are warranted only in accordance with Elite EV written warranty to consumers, which is supplied to dealer for Distribution to Dealers and Customers and which may be amended or altered by Elite EV without notice, at its discretion. Elite EV disclaims any other warranty expressed or implied, except as required by law, including but not by way of limitation, the warrantied of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. Elite EV disclaims any liability for incidental, special or consequential damages or commercial

losses suffered by dealer, its customers or any third party, except as provided under state law. This warranty expressly excludes any and products which has been altered by dealer or customer in any form after product has been delivered to dealer by Elite EV. Dealer must show and make available to customers any applicable warranty of Elite EV products at the time of sale. Dealers shall not give, or purport to give any additional warranty to consumers on behalf of Elite EV, other than the written warranty for Elite EV products.
Dealer acknowledges the importance of their service department in providing to owners of the products prompt and skilled warranty service and the need to comply with all laws relating to warranty service. Dealer shall give immediate service to such warranty requests, being mindful of the fact that the customer is the greatest asset to success. Dealer shall submit complete claims to Elite EV for reimbursement on their account for parts and labor used in performing the warranty service on claim forms made available on website. Dealer shall keep and maintain complete and accurate records to support the claim.
ASSISTANCE AND PROTECTION: Should any warranty claim arise the dealer is unable to perform, Elite EV should be notified of the details of the warranty claim and Elite EV will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. Elite EV will have service technicians to consult with the dealer in resolving the warranty issue. Training videos will be made available to the dealers to assist in training of technicians. Elite EV is relying on dealers to have capable and qualified service techs to perform service and warranty on the vehicle. Elite EV is not a service department for the dealers and therefore not responsible for any failure of the dealer to perform proper service. Dealer agrees to protect Elite EV from any such liabilities under applicable law.
VOIDING OF WARRANTY: Warranty shall be void if: (1) the vehicle or battery charger is abused or otherwise not used in its intended manner. (2) if the vehicle is in an accident or collision. (3) it shows any indication that the speed setting has been altered allowing the vehicle to operate at a higher speed than Elite EV recommends or any alterations to vehicle not authorized by Elite EV.
WARNING: ANY modification to vehicle that adversely affect the safe operation of the vehicle will VOID this warranty.
