Exacta Control(R)

Features and benefits

• The Exacta Control(R) is a highly accurate microprocessor control offering precision and flexibility in the wash process.

• All important parameters for a superior wash and rinse performance such as water levels, temperatures, drum actions,
extraction speeds and detergent supply are controlled by the Exacta Control(R).

• The Exacta Control(R) is available is many different versions with customized user panels and wash programs.

• The Exacta Control(R) is semi-programmable. It is possible to add, modify or delete program sequences to suit special
requirements. For details, see table on page two.

Exacta Control(R) offers:

• Seven program selection buttons. The number of buttons in use may vary depending on customer wash program.

• Four buttons for additional functions. The number of buttons in use may vary depending on customer wash program.

• One combined button for Start, Pause and Rapid advance.

• Display can show; total program time, vending price (machines with payment), error codes and remaining program time.
Actual water temperature (option, special version).

• Automatic cool down cycle.

• Automatic display of 25 error codes.

• Automatic buzzer end signal.

• Built-in service program for checking various machine functions, e.g. water valves, motor rotation, motor speed, drain valve
and heating system.

• RS 232-connection for communication with external payment and management systems.
