Low lifetime of burner gasket
Working temperature of the rubber close to its limits
New boiler and protection of the gasket; optimized the distribution of
temperature in the combustion chamber. Modification in production from
SN 515.
In case of burnt gasket, the old boiler should be changed with the new
one.
The new boiler (0C2567) is interchangeable with the old one changing
also the pipe connecting burner and fan (0C2568), the ignition rod
(0C1866, changed the length of the cable from 970mm to 1040mm,
same spare part code, cleaned warehouse) and using another gasket
(0C2569) and the suitable insulation (0C2589)

To use new boiler you have also to install:
New gas pipe connecting boiler burner and boiler fan

Also is necessary to use one more gasket to protect boiler from overheating

On new AOS102G boilers put the white gasket 0C2569 in the correct position (centering the holes) over
the boiler’s flange
Then put over white gasket the black one, centering on boiler’s studs

Use also kit for boiler’s insulation with suitable dimensions (0C2589)
