Helms, ob alle Komponenten richtig befestigt, eingestellt und gewartet sind. Verwenden Sie den Helm immer mit den rich-

tigen Einstellungen, um den erforderlichen Schutz zu gewährleisten. Der Helm kann keinen vollständigen Schutz

vor Verletzungen garantieren. Er ersetzt nicht die Einhaltung sicherer Arbeitsverfahren. Verändern Sie niemals die Struktur oder die

Lackierung des Helms. Der Helm darf nicht mit lösungsmittel- oder

alkoholhaltigen Flüssigkeiten in Berührung kommen. Diese Substanzen können den Kunststoff beschädigen. Schläge oder andere Stöße können nicht

wahrnehmbare Aufprallschäden am Helm verursachen, beispielsweise Haarrisse. Dies beeinträchtigt den Schutz durch den Helm, insbesondere in Notfällen. Tauschen Sie den Helm aus, wenn er extremen Belastungen ausgesetzt war. Untersuchen Sie den Helm vor jedem Ge-

Hygienebezügen kann die Akustik der Ohrenschützer beeinträchtigen.

Die Nichtbeachtung der für den Gehörschutz vorgesehenen Sicherheitshinweise kann seine Schutzwirkung ernsthaft beeinträchtigen.

Klappen Sie beim Tragen des Helms immer

das Visier herunter. Es schützt Sie vor umherfliegenden Gegen-

ständen. Es bietet keinen Schutz vor spritzenden Flüs-

sigkeiten, heißen Gegenständen, Strom und Infrarot- / UV-Strahlen. Verwenden Sie das Visier nicht in Umgebun-

gen mit einem vorhersehbaren Risiko durch harte oder scharfe umherfliegende Gegenstände. Holzspäne und deren Harz können das Visier

•

beschädigen und seine Transparenz beeinträchtigen.

Öffnen Sie die Verpackung und nehmen Sie

3. Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

Der Forstschutzhelm schützt seinen Träger vor Kopfverletzungen durch herabfallende oder umherﬂ iegende Gegenstände und vor dem Aufprall auf feststehende Gegenstände.

Der Gehörschutz schützt den Träger vor Lärm. Der Gehörschutz ist nur für die Befestigung am Einhell Forstschutzhelm BG-SH 2 geeignet.

Die Ohrenschützer müssen an dem Arbeitsschutzhelm Einhell BG-SH2 angebracht und dürfen nur mit diesem verwendet werden.

Die montierten Kapselgehörschützer müssen angepasst, eingestellt und in Übereinstimmung mit dem Hersteller gewartet werden.

Dieses Netzvisier wurde entwickelt, um den Benutzer vor Augen- und Gesichtsverletzungen durch mechanische Einwirkungen zu schützen. Das Netzvisier ist auf dem Stirnschutz mit einer Reihe von Zahlen und Symbolen gekennzeichnet, die den Hersteller, den Einsatzbereich, die Schutzfähigkeiten und die Leistung des Gesichtsschutzes kennzeichnen. Helm, Gehörschutz und Netzvisier dürfen nicht einzeln verwendet/verkauft werden.

WARNUNG: Die mit S gekennzeichneten Netzvisiere sollten nicht verwendet werden, wenn ein vorhersehbares Risiko harter oder scharfer umherﬂ iegender Partikel besteht.

Jede andere Verwendung oder Veränderung des Forstschutzhelms gilt als unsachgemäß und birgt ein erhebliches Unfallrisiko. Der Hersteller übernimmt keine Verantwortung für Schäden, die auf Missbrauch zurückzuführen sind. Der Forstschutzhelm ist nicht für die gewerbliche Nutzung bestimmt.

Der Forstschutzhelm wird von der neuen europäischen PSA-Verordnung (EU) 2016/425 als Persönliche Schutzausrüstung (PSA) eingestuft und entspricht dieser Verordnung nachweislich durch die harmonisierte Europäische Norm EN397:2012+A1:2012 / EN1731:2006 / EN3523-:2020: Industriehelm / Netzvisier / am Helm befestigte Ohrenschützer

WARNUNG: Wenn die Symbole S, F, B und A

für Okular und Gebrauchsanweisung nicht üblich sind, ist die niedrigste Stufe dem Vollschutz zuzuordnen.

Warnung: Diese am Helm befestigten Ohrenschützer sind „klein“ oder „groß“ (je nach Fall). Am Helm montierte Ohrenschützer, die EN 352-3 entsprechen, sind „mittel“ oder „klein“ oder „groß“. „Mittlere“ am Helm befestigte Ohrenschützer passen der Mehrheit der Träger. „Kleine“ oder „große“ am Helm befestigte Ohrenschützer sind für die Träger gedacht, denen die „mittleren“ am Helm montierten Ohrenschützer nicht passen.

Dieses Produkt kann durch bestimmte chemische Substanzen nachteilig beeinﬂ usst werden. Weitere Informationen können beim Hersteller eingeholt werden.

Ohrenschützer, und insbesondere Polster, können sich mit dem Gebrauch abnutzen und sollten in regelmäßigen Abständen beispielsweise auf Risse und Undichtigkeiten untersucht werden.

Das Anbringen von Hygienebezügen an den Polstern kann die akustische Leistung der Ohrenschützer beeinträchtigen.

5. Zusammenbau

Führen Sie das Kopfband (6) mit allen 4 La-

•

schen in die inneren Halterungen des Helms (1), bis sie einrasten (siehe Abb. 1). Führen Sie die Halterungen des Gehörschut-

•

zes (3) in die seitlichen Schlitze am Helm (1), bis sie einrasten (siehe Abb. 3). Befestigen Sie das Visier (2) mit dem Netz.

•

Führen Sie dazu das Netz von unten in den Schutz ein, bis es einrastet. Schieben Sie nun das montierte Visier (2) in

•

die Schlitze des Gehörschutzes (siehe Abb.

4). Klappen Sie das Visier (2) nach vorne (siehe

•

Abb. 5). Schieben Sie nun das Visier (2) bis zum An-

•

schlag in die Schlitze des Gehörschutzes (3) (siehe Abb. 6).

6. Einstellungen

6.1 Einstellen des Kopfbandes (Bild 1)

Drehen Sie die Einstellvorrichtung für das

•

Kopfband (4), um das Kopfband an Ihren Kopf anzupassen. Das Kopfband sollte beim Aufsetzen des

•

Helms eng am Kopf anliegen. Ziehen Sie das Kopfband fest, indem Sie die

•

Einstellvorrichtung für das Kopfband (4) im Uhrzeigersinn drehen. Lösen Sie das Kopfband, indem Sie die Ein-

•

stellvorrichtung für das Kopfband (4) gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen.

Der Helm muss fest auf dem Kopf sitzen, ohne unangenehmen Druck auszuüben.

VORSICHT!

Achten Sie immer darauf, dass der Helm richtig eingestellt ist, wenn Sie ihn benutzen.

6.2 Einstellen des Gehörschutzes (Bild 7-9)

Sie können die Höhe und Position des Gehörschutzes (3) einstellen.

Drücken Sie die Halterung des Gehörschut-

•

zes (3) nach unten, um den Gehörschutz an Ihren Ohren zu befestigen.

Schieben Sie den Gehörschutz (3) nach oben

•

oder unten, um ihn auf die gewünschte Höhe einzustellen (siehe Abb. 7). Drehen Sie den Gehörschutz (3), um ihn in

•

die gewünschte Position zu bringen (siehe Abb. 7). Wenn man den Gehörschutz (3) nach außen

•

dreht, lässt er sich einfacher aufsetzen oder abnehmen. Wenn dadurch die Spannung nachlässt, verwenden Sie die Einstellvorrichtung für den Gehörschutz (3), um ihn wieder festzuziehen. Schieben Sie die Einstellvorrichtung für den

•

Gehörschutz (3) in Richtung „+“, um die Spannung zu erhöhen (siehe Abb. 9). Schieben Sie die Einstellvorrichtung für den

•

Gehörschutz (3) in Richtung „-“, um die Spannung zu senken (siehe Abb. 9).

6.3 Einstellen des Visiers (Bild 10)

Sie können den Abstand zwischen dem Visier (2) und Ihrem Gesicht einstellen, indem Sie das Visier manuell verschieben (siehe Abb. 10). Alternativ können Sie das Visier (2) bis ganz nach oben klappen.

7. Wartung, Reinigung, Lagerung und Transport

Untersuchen Sie die Komponenten vor jedem

•

Gebrauch auf Beschädigungen und Verschleißerscheinungen. Ersetzen Sie die Ohrpolster des Gehörschut-

•

zes nach Bedarf, mindestens jedoch alle 6 Monate. Dazu ziehen Sie einfach die Ohrpolster heraus und setzen die neuen Polster an der richtigen Position ein. Verwenden Sie nur original Ersatzteile. Reinigen Sie den Helm immer nach Beendi-

•

gung Ihrer Arbeit. Reinigen Sie Helm, Gehörschutz und Visier

•

mit einem angefeuchteten Tuch. Verwenden Sie niemals Benzin, Lösungsmittel oder Reinigungsmittel, die den Kunststoff beschädigen können. Zur Desinfektion des Helms und des Gehör-

•

schutzes dürfen nur Reinigungsmittel verwendet werden, die keine Lösungsmittel oder aggressiven Substanzen enthalten. Bewahren Sie Helm, Gehörschutz und Visier

•

in einer sauberen, trockenen und vor UVStrahlen geschützten Umgebung auf. Der Helm kann in der Schachtel transportiert

•

werden, in der er verkauft wurde.

7.1 Haltbarkeit

Die für den Helm verwendeten Materialien

•

altern natürlich. Benutzen Sie den Helm nur für maximal 5

•

Jahre. Der Zeitraum der Überalterung des Netzvi-

•

siers beträgt 3 Jahre. Der Zeitraum der Überalterung der Kapselge-

hörschützer beträgt 3 Jahre

Das Herstellungsdatum entnehmen Sie bitte der Ausklappseite (Abb. 15). Das gleiche Symbol ist in den Helm eingeprägt.

8. EU-Konformitätserklärung für

BG-SH 2

Der Forstschutzhelm besteht aus dem Industriehelm BG-SH 2, den am Helm befestigten Ohrenschützern BG-SH 2 und dem Netzvisier BG-SH 2.

Der Industriehelm BG-SH 2 schützt seinen Träger vor Kopfverletzungen durch herabfallende oder umherﬂ iegende Gegenstände und vor dem Auf- prall auf feststehende Gegenstände.

Der Gehörschutz BG-SH 2 schützt den Träger vor Lärm. Der Gehörschutz ist nur für die Befestigung am Einhell Forstschutzhelm BG-SH 2 geeignet.

Dieses Netzvisier BG-SH 2 wurde entwickelt, um den Benutzer vor Augen- und Gesichtsverletzungen durch mechanische Einwirkungen zu schützen. Das Netzvisier ist auf dem Stirnschutz BG-SH 2 mit einer Reihe von Zahlen und Symbolen gekennzeichnet, die den Hersteller, den Einsatzbereich, die Schutzfähigkeiten und die Leistung des Gesichtsschutzes kennzeichnen.

- Schäden am Gerät, die durch Nichtbeachtung der Montageanleitung oder aufgrund nicht fachgerechter Installation, Nichtbeachtung der Gebrauchsanleitung (wie durch z.B. Anschluss an eine falsche Netzspannung oder Stromart) oder Nichtbeachtung der Wartungs- und Sicherheitsbestimmungen oder durch Aussetzen des Geräts an anomale Umweltbedingungen oder durch mangelnde Pﬂ ege und Wartung entstanden sind.

- Schäden am Gerät, die durch missbräuchliche oder unsachgemäße Anwendungen (wie z.B. Überlastung des Gerätes oder Verwendung von nicht zugelassenen Einsatzwerkzeugen oder Zubehör), Eindringen von Fremdkörpern in das Gerät (wie z.B. Sand, Steine oder Staub, Transportschäden), Gewaltanwendung oder Fremdeinwirkungen (wie z. B. Schäden durch Herunterfallen) entstanden sind.

- Schäden am Gerät oder an Teilen des Geräts, die auf einen gebrauchsgemäßen, üblichen oder sonstigen natürlichen Verschleiß zurückzuführen sind.

promise its protective effect . Please adhere to all instructions and tips

The ear protectors are intended to protect

your ears in noisy areas . They should be worn for as long as the noise

persists . The pads of the ear protectors will show signs

of wear over time . Examine them for tears or loose spots after each use . Do not clean the ear protectors with chemi-

cals or substances that are harmful to the wearer . Certain chemical substances can damage

this product . Detailed information is available from the manufacturer . Ear muffs and especially their foam padding

can wear down over time . Examine them regularly for tears, loose spots and other signs of wear . Covering the foam pads with hygiene covers

can compromise the acoustics of the ear muffs.

3. Proper use

The forestry safety helmet protects its wearer from head injuries caused by falling or ﬂ ying ob- jects and impact from stationary objects.

The ear protectors guard the wearer against noise. The ear protectors are only suitable for attachment to the Einhell forestry safety helmet BG-SH 2.

These ear protection attached to head protection and/or face protection devices shall be ﬁ tted to, and used only with, the following carrier BG-SH2.

The mounted ear protection are ﬁ tted, adjus- ted and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer‘s instructions.

This mesh visor is designed to protection the user against eye and face injuries through mechanical impact. The mesh visor is marked on the brow protection with a series of numbers and symbols to indicate the manufacturer, the ﬁ eld of use, the protector capabilities and performance characte-

rizes of the face protector. Earmuﬀ s, helmet and visor may not be used/sold individually.

WARNING: this mesh visors marked S should not be used when there is a foreseeable risk of any hard or sharp ﬂ ying particles.

Any other usage or modiﬁ cation of the forestry sa- fety helmet is deemed to be improper and carries a signiﬁ cant risk of accidents. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for damage(s) attributable to misuse. The forestry safety helmet is not intended for commercial use.

5. Assembly

Insert the head strap (6) with all 4 tabs into

•

the inner mountings of the helmet (1) until they engage (see fig. 1) . Insert the mounts of the ear protectors (3) into

•

the lateral slots on the helmet (1) until they click into place (see fig. 3) . Attach the visor (2) with the mesh. To do this,

•

insert the mesh into the screen from below until it clicks into place. Now slide the assembled visor (2) into the

•

slots of the ear protectors (see fig. 4). Flip the visor (2) forwards (see fig. 5).

•

Now slide the visor (2) into the slots of the ear

•

protectors (3) as far as it can go (see fig. 6).

6. Adjustments

6.1 Adjusting the head strap (ﬁ g. 1)

Turn the head strap adjuster (4) to adjust the

•

head strap to fit your head. The headband should fit your head snugly

•

when you put on the helmet.

Tighten the headband by turning the head

•

strap adjuster (4) clockwise. Loosen the headband by turning the head

•

strap adjuster (4) anticlockwise.

The helmet must sit ﬁ rmly on your head wit- hout exerting uncomfortable pressure.

CAUTION!

Always make sure that the helmet is adjusted correctly when using it.

6.2 Adjusting the ear protectors (ﬁ g. 7–9)

You can adjust the height and position of the ear protectors (3).

Push down the bracket of the ear protectors

•

(3) to lock the ear protectors onto your ears. Slide the ear protectors (3) up or down to set

•

them to the required height (see fig. 7). Turn the ear protectors (3) to set them to the

•

required position (see fig. 7). Flipping the ear protectors (3) outwards ma-

•

kes it easier to put them on or take them off. If this causes the tension to decrease, use the ear protector adjuster (3) to retighten it. Slide the ear protector adjuster (3) towards

•

the “+” to increase the tension (see fig . 9). Slide the ear protector adjuster (3) towards

•

the “–” to decrease the tension (see fig . 9) .

6.3 Adjusting the visor (ﬁ g. 10)

You can adjust the distance between the visor (2) and your face by moving the visor manually (see ﬁ g . 10). Alternatively, you can ﬂ ip the visor (2) all the way up.

7. Maintenance, cleaning, storage and transportation

Examine the components for damage and

•

signs of wear before each use. Replace the ear pads of the ear protectors as

•

required but at least every 6 months. To do this, simply pull out the ear pads and insert the new pads in the right position. Use original spare parts only. Always clean the helmet after finishing your

•

work. Use a moistened cloth to clean the helmet,

•

ear protectors and visor . Never use petrol, solvents or cleansers which can damage plastic. To disinfect the helmet and ear protectors,

•

use only cleaning agents that do not contain

solvents or aggressive substances. Store the helmet, ear protectors and visor in a

Dear Customer, All of our products undergo strict quality checks to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your device develops a fault, please contact our service department at the address shown on this guarantee card. You can also contact us by telephone using the service number shown. Please note the following terms under which guarantee claims can be made:

1. These guarantee terms apply to consumers only, i.e. natural persons intending to use this product

neither for their commercial activities nor for any other self-employed activities. arantee claims should be submitted before the end of the guarantee period within two weeks of the defect being noticed. No guarantee claims will be accepted after the end of the guarantee period. The original guarantee period remains applicable to the device even if repairs are carried out or parts are replaced. In such cases, the work performed or parts ﬁ tted will not result in an extension of the guarantee period, and no new guarantee will become active for the work performed or parts ﬁ tted. Le casque forestier protège son porteur des blessures à la tête causées par la chute ou le vol d’objets et de l’impact d’objets ﬁ xes.

La protection de l’ouïe protège son porteur du bruit. La protection de l’ouïe convient uniquement pour la ﬁ xation au casque forestier Einhell BG-SH 2.

Cette visière grillagée a été développée pour protéger l’utilisateur des blessures aux yeux et au visage dues à des inﬂ uences mécaniques. La visière grillagée est marquée sur la protection frontale d’une série de chiﬀ res et de symboles qui identiﬁ ent le fabricant, le domaine d’application, les capacités de protection et la performance de la protection du visage. Le casque, la protection de l’ouïe et la visière grillagée ne peuvent pas être utilisés/vendus individuellement.

AVERTISSEMENT : Les visières grillagées marquées d’un S ne doivent pas être utilisées s’il existe un risque prévisible de projection de particules dures ou pointues.

5. Assemblage

Guidez le bandeau (6) avec les 4 pattes dans

les supports intérieurs du casque (1) jusqu’à ce qu’ils s’enclenchent (voir fig. 1). Guidez les supports de la protection de l’ouïe

(3) dans les fentes latérales du casque (1) jusqu’à ce qu’ils s’enclenchent (voir fig. 3). Fixez la visière (2) avec la grille. Pour ce faire,

insérez la grille dans la protection par le bas jusqu’à ce qu’elle s’enclenche. Poussez maintenant la visière (2) montée

dans les fentes de la protection de l’ouïe (voir fig. 4). Rabattez la visière (2) vers l’avant (voir fig. 5).

6. Réglages

6.1 Réglage du bandeau (ﬁ gure 1)

Tournez le dispositif de réglage pour bandeau

Le casque doit reposer fermement sur la tête, sans exercer de pression désagréable.

Assurez-vous toujours que le casque est bien réglé lorsque vous l’utilisez.

Vous pouvez régler la distance entre la visière (2) et votre visage en déplaçant la visière manuellement (voir ﬁ g. 10). Vous pouvez également replier la visière (2) complètement vers le haut.

7. Maintenance, nettoyage, stockage et transport

Avant chaque utilisation, examinez les com-

posants pour déceler tout dommage et signe d’usure. Remplacez les coussinets d’oreille de la

•

protection de l’ouïe en fonction des besoins, mais au moins tous les 6 mois. Pour ce faire, retirez simplement les coussinets d’oreille et insérez les nouveaux coussinets dans la bonne position. Utilisez exclusivement des pièces d’origine. Nettoyez toujours le casque à la fin de votre

•

travail. Nettoyez le casque, la protection de l’ouïe et

•

la visière avec un chiffon humide. N’utilisez jamais d’essence, de solvant ou de détergent, qui peuvent endommager le plastique. Seuls des produits de nettoyage ne con-

tenant pas de solvants ou de substances agressives peuvent être utilisés pour désinfecter le casque et la protection de l’ouïe. Rangez le casque, la protection de l’ouïe et la

Le casque forestier se compose du casque industriel BG-SH 2, des cache-oreilles BG-SH 2 ﬁ xés au casque et de la visière grillagée BG-SH 2.

Le casque industriel BG-SH 2 protège son porteur des blessures à la tête causées par la chute ou le vol d’objets et de l’impact d’objets ﬁ xes.

La protection de l’ouïe BG-SH 2 protège son porteur du bruit. La protection de l’ouïe convient uniquement pour la ﬁ xation au casque forestier Einhell BG-SH 2.

Si toutefois, il arrivait que cet appareil ne fonctionne pas parfaitement, nous en sommes désolés et nous vous prions de vous adresser à notre service après-vente à l‘adresse indiquée sur le bon de garantie. Nous nous tenons également volontiers à votre disposition par téléphone au numéro de service après-vente indiqué. La garantie est valable dans les conditions suivantes :

Ces conditions de garantie s‘adressent uniquement à des consommateurs, c‘est à dire à des personnes physiques qui ne souhaitent ni utiliser ce produit dans le cadre de leur activité industrielle ou artisanale, ni dans le cadre de toute autre activité indépendante. Les conditions de garantie réglementent les prestations de garantie supplémentaires que le fabricant mentionné ci-dessous promet aux acheteurs de ses appareils en supplément de la prestation de garantie légale. Vos droits légaux en matière de garantie restent inchangés. Notre prestation de garanti est gratuite pour vous.

2. La prestation de garantie s‘étend exclusivement aux défauts résultant d‘une erreur de fabrication ou de matériau d‘un appareil neuf du fabricant mentionné ci-dessous et acheté par vos soins. La prestation de garantie se limite selon notre décision soit à la résolution de tels défauts sur l‘appareil, soit à l‘échange de l‘appareil. Veillez au fait que nos appareils, conformément au règlement, n‘ont pas été conçus pour être utilisés dans un environnement professionnel, industriel ou artisanal. Il n‘y a donc pas de contrat de garantie quand l‘appareil a été utilisé professionnellement, artisanalement ou par des sociétés industrielles ou exposé à une sollicitation semblable pendant la durée de la garantie.

3. Sont exclus de notre garantie :

- les dommages liés au non-respect des instructions de montage ou en raison d‘une installation incorrecte, au non-respect du mode d‘emploi (en raison par ex. du branchement de l‘appareil sur la tension de réseau ou le type de courant incorrect), au non-respect des dispositions de maintenance et de sécurité ou résultant d‘une exposition de l‘appareil à des conditions environnementales anormales ou d‘un manque d‘entretien et de maintenance.

- les dommages résultant d‘une utilisation abusive ou non conforme (comme par ex. une surcharge de l‘appareil ou une utilisation d‘outils ou d‘accessoires non autorisés), de la pénétration d‘objets étrangers dans l‘appareil (comme par ex. du sable, des pierres ou de la poussière), de l‘utilisation de la force ou de la violence (comme par ex. les dommages liés aux chutes).

- les dommages sur l‘appareil ou des parties de l‘appareil résultant de l‘usure normale liée à l‘utilisation de l‘appareil ou de toute autre usure naturelle.

4. La durée de garantie est de 24 mois et débute à la date d‘achat de l‘appareil. Les droits à la garantie doivent être revendiqués avant l‘expiration de la durée de garantie dans un délai de deux semaines après avoir constaté le défaut. La revendication de droits à la garantie après expiration de la durée de garantie est exclue. La réparation ou l‘échange de l‘appareil n‘entraîne ni une extension de la durée de garantie ni le début d‘une nouvelle durée de garantie pour cet appareil ou toute autre pièce de rechange installée sur l‘appareil. Cela est valable également dans le cas d‘une intervention du service après-vente à domicile.

5. Pour faire valoir vos droits à la garantie, veuillez enregistrer l‘appareil défectueux à l‘adresse suivante : www.Einhell-Service.com. Veuillez garder à disposition la preuve d‘achat ou tout autre justiﬁ catif de l‘achat de votre nouvel appareil. Les appareils envoyés sans les justiﬁ catifs correspondants ou sans plaque signalétique sont exclus de la prestation de garantie en raison de l‘impossibilité de les enregistrer. Si le défaut de l‘appareil est inclut dans la garantie, vous recevrez sans délai un appareil réparé ou un nouvel appareil.

Bien entendu, nous réparons volontiers les défauts de votre appareil qui ne sont pas ou plus compris dans l‘étendue de la garantie contre le remboursement des frais de réparation. Pour cela, veuillez envoyer l‘appareil à notre adresse de service après-vente.

Aprite l’imballaggio e togliete con cautela

3. Utilizzo proprio

Il casco forestale protegge l’utilizzatore da lesioni alla testa causate da oggetti che cadono o sono scagliati in giro e da urti contro oggetti ﬁ ssi.

Le cuﬃ e antirumore proteggono l’utilizzatore dal rumore. Le cuﬃ e antirumore sono adatte solo per il ﬁ ssaggio al casco forestale BG-SH 2.

Le cuﬃ e protettive devono essere montate sul casco protettivo da lavoro Einhell BG-SH2 e devono essere impiegate solo con esso.

La visiera a rete è stata sviluppata per proteggere l’utilizzatore da lesioni agli occhi e al viso causate da urti meccanici. La protezione della fronte della visiera a rete riporta una serie di numeri e simboli che indicano produttore, settore d’impiego, capacità di protezione e prestazioni della visiera stessa. Il casco, le cuﬃ e antirumore e la visiera a rete non devono essere venduti/impiegati singolarmente.

AVVERTIMENTO: le visiere a rete contrassegnate con una S non dovrebbero venire impiegate se esiste il rischio che vengano scagliate in giro particelle dure o aﬃ late.

Ogni altro impiego o una modiﬁ ca del casco fore- stale viene considerato uso improprio e comporta un elevato rischio di infortuni. Il produttore non si assume alcuna responsabilità per danni riconducibili a uso improprio. Il casco forestale non è concepito per l‘uso professionale.

6. Regolazioni

6.1 Regolazione dello stringitesta (Fig. 1)

Per adeguare lo stringitesta alla testa ruotate

l’apposito dispositivo di regolazione (4). Quando si indossa il casco lo stringitesta do-

vrebbe aderire bene alla testa. Stringete lo stringitesta ruotando in senso

•

orario l’apposito dispositivo di regolazione (4). Allentate lo stringitesta ruotando in senso

antiorario l’apposito dispositivo di regolazione (4).

Il casco deve aderire bene alla testa senza esercitare una pressione sgradevole.

ATTENZIONE!

Fate sempre attenzione che il casco sia regolato correttamente quando lo usate.

6.2 Regolazione delle cuﬃ e antirumore

(Fig. 7-9)

Potete regolare altezza e posizione delle cuﬃ e antirumore (3).

Spingete verso il basso il supporto delle cuf-

fie antirumore (3) per fissarle alle orecchie. Spingete verso l’alto o verso il basso le cuffie

antirumore (3) per regolare l’altezza desiderata (vedi Fig. 7). Ruotate le cuffie antirumore (3) per portarle

nella posizione desiderata (vedi Fig. 7). Le cuffie antirumore (3) sono più facili da

•

mettere o da togliere se si ruotano verso l’esterno. Se la tensione si riduce impiegate il dispositivo di regolazione per le cuffie antirumore (3) per stringerle di nuovo. Spingete il dispositivo di regolazione per le

cuffie antirumore (3) in direzione “+” per aumentare la tensione (vedi Fig. 9). Spingete il dispositivo di regolazione per le

•

cuffie antirumore (3) in direzione “-” per ridurre la tensione (vedi Fig. 9).

6.3 Regolazione della visiera (Fig. 10)

Potete regolare la distanza tra il viso e la visiera (2) spostando manualmente quest’ultima (vedi Fig. 10). In alternativa potete ribaltare completamente la visiera (2) verso l’alto.

7. Manutenzione, pulizia, conservazione e trasporto

Prima dell’uso controllate sempre che i com-

•

ponenti non presentino danni e altri segni di usura. Sostituite i cuscinetti delle cuffie antirumore

•

in base alle necessità, tuttavia almeno ogni 6 mesi. Per farlo basta estrarre i cuscinetti e mettere i nuovi cuscinetti nella posizione giusta. Usate solamente pezzi di ricambio originali. Pulite sempre il casco dopo aver terminato il

•

lavoro. Pulite casco, cuffie antirumore e visiera con

•

un panno inumidito. Non impiegate mai benzina, solventi o detergenti che potrebbero danneggiare la plastica. Per disinfettare il casco e le cuffie antirumore

•

si devono impiegare solo detergenti che non contengono solventi o sostanze aggressive. Conservate il casco, le cuffie antirumore e la

•

visiera in un ambiente pulito, asciutto e protetto dai raggi UV. Il casco può essere trasportato nella scatola

•

in cui è stato venduto.

7.1 Durata

I materiali impiegati per il casco sono soggetti

•

a un invecchiamento naturale. Impiegate il casco solo per al massimo 5

•

anni. La visiera a rete ha una durata utile di 3 anni.

•

Le cuffie paraorecchie hanno una durata

•

all‘invecchiamento di 3 anni.

Per la data di produzione si veda il lato ribaltabile (Fig. 15). Lo stesso simbolo è impresso sul casco.

8. Dichiarazione di conformità CE per BG-SH 2

Il casco forestale è composto dal casco per uso industriale BG-SH 2, dalle cuﬃ e protettive ﬁ ssate al casco BG-SH 2 e dalla visiera a rete BG-SH 2.

Il casco per uso industriale BG-SH 2 protegge l’utilizzatore da lesioni alla testa causate da oggetti che cadono o sono scagliati in giro e dall’urto contro oggetti ﬁ ssi.

Le cuﬃ e antirumore BG-SH 2 proteggono l’utilizzatore dal rumore. Le cuﬃ e antirumore sono adatte solo per il ﬁ ssaggio al casco forestale BG-SH 2.

La visiera a rete BG-SH 2 è stata sviluppata per proteggere l’utilizzatore da lesioni agli occhi e al viso causate da urti meccanici. La protezione della fronte della visiera a rete BG-SH 2 riporta una serie di numeri e simboli che indicano produttore, settore d’impiego, capacità di protezione e prestazioni della visiera stessa.

Gentili clienti, i nostri prodotti sono soggetti ad un rigido controllo di qualità. Se l‘apparecchio non dovesse tuttavia funzionare correttamente, ci scusiamo e vi preghiamo di rivolgervi al nostro servizio di assistenza clienti all‘indirizzo indicato in questa scheda di garanzia. Siamo a vostra disposizione anche telefonicamente al numero del Servizio Assistenza indicato. Per la rivendicazione dei diritti di garanzia vale quanto segue:

1. Le presenti condizioni di garanzia si rivolgono esclusivamente a consumatori, vale a dire a persone ﬁ siche che non intendono utilizzare questo prodotto né in ambito professionale né per altre attività di lavoro autonomo. Le presenti condizioni di garanzia regolano prestazioni di garanzia supplementari che il produttore su indicato concede in aggiunta alla garanzia legale agli acquirenti di nuovi apparecchi. La presente garanzia non tocca i vostri diritti al ricorso in garanzia previsti dalla legge. Le nostre prestazioni di garanzia sono per voi gratuite.

2. La prestazione di garanzia riguarda esclusivamente i difetti di un nuovo apparecchio da voi acquistato del produttore di cui sopra, riconducibili a errori di materiale o di produzione, ed è limitata, a nostra discrezione, all‘eliminazione di questi difetti dell‘apparecchio o alla sostituzione dell‘apparecchio stesso. Tenete presente che i nostri apparecchi non sono stati costruiti per l‘impiego artigianale, professionale o imprenditoriale. Pertanto un contratto di garanzia non viene concluso se l‘apparecchio è stato usato entro il periodo di garanzia in attività artigianali, imprenditoriali o industriali o se è stato sottoposto a sollecitazioni equivalenti.

3. Sono esclusi dalla nostra garanzia:

- Danni all‘apparecchio causati dalla mancata osservanza delle istruzioni di montaggio o per un‘installazione non corretta, dalla mancata osservanza delle istruzioni per l‘uso (come ad es. collegamento a una tensione di rete o a un tipo di corrente non corretti), dalla mancata osservanza delle norme relative alla manutenzione e alla sicurezza, dall‘esposizione dell‘apparecchio a condizioni ambientali anomale o per la mancata esecuzione di pulizia e manutenzione.

- Danni all‘apparecchio dovuti a usi impropri o illeciti (come per es. sovraccarico dell‘apparecchio o utilizzo di utensili di ricambio o accessori non consentiti), alla penetrazione di corpi estranei nell‘apparecchio (come per es. sabbia, pietre o polvere, danni dovuti al trasporto), all‘impiego della forza o a inﬂ ussi esterni (come per es. danni causati da caduta).

- Danni all‘apparecchio o a parti di esso da ricondurre a un‘usura comune, dovuta all‘uso o di altro tipo naturale.

4. Il periodo di garanzia è 24 mesi e inizia a partire dalla data di acquisto dell‘apparecchio. I diritti di garanzia devono essere fatti valere prima della scadenza del periodo di garanzia, entro due settimane dopo avere accertato il difetto. È esclusa la rivendicazione di diritti di garanzia dopo la scadenza del relativo periodo. La riparazione o la sostituzione dell‘apparecchio non comporta una proroga del periodo di garanzia e con questa prestazione per l‘apparecchio o per pezzi di ricambio eventualmente installati non inizia un nuovo periodo di garanzia. Ciò vale anche nel caso in cui si ricorra a un servizio sul posto.

5. Per rivendicare il diritto di garanzia vi preghiamo di comunicare che l‘apparecchio è difettoso tramite sito internet: www.Einhell-Service.com. Tenete a portata di mano il documento di acquisto o altri documenti come prova dell‘acquisto del vostro apparecchio nuovo. Apparecchi inviati senza i relativi documenti o senza targhetta d‘identiﬁ cazione sono esclusi dalla prestazione di garanzia perché non possono essere classiﬁ cati in modo corrispondente. Se il difetto dell‘apparecchio rientra nella nost- ra prestazione di garanzia, ricevete prontamente l‘apparecchio riparato o un apparecchio nuovo.

Naturalmente eﬀ ettuiamo a pagamento anche riparazioni sull‘apparecchio che non rientrano o non rien- trano più nella garanzia. A tale scopo inviate l‘apparecchio all‘indirizzo del nostro Centro Assistenza.

Per parti mancanti, di consumo e soggette a usura rimandiamo alle limitazioni di questa garanzia secondo le informazioni sul Servizio Assistenza di queste istruzioni per l‘uso.

Hörselskyddet ska skydda din hörsel inom

3. Ändamålsenlig användning

Skogshjälmen skyddar användaren mot huvudskador av föremål som faller ned eller ﬂ yger om- kring samt mot slag mot fasta föremål.

Hörselskyddet skyddar användaren mot buller. Hörselskyddet är endast lämpat för montering på Einhell skogshjälm BG-SH 2.

Öronskydden måste monteras på arbetsskyddshjälmen Einhell BG-SH 2 och får endast användas med denna.

De monterade hörselkåporna måste anpassas, ställas in och underhållas enligt instruktionerna från tillverkaren.

Detta nätvisir har utvecklats för att skydda användaren mot ögon- och ansiktsskador från mekanisk inverkan. På nätvisirets pannskydd ﬁ nns en rad av siﬀ ror och symboler som beskriver tillver- karen, användningsområdet, skyddsförmågan samt ansiktsskyddets prestanda. Hjälm, hörselskydd och nätvisir får inte användas/säljas separat.

VARNING! Nätvisir som är märkta med S bör inte användas om det ﬁ nns en förutsebar risk för att hårda eller vassa partiklar ﬂ yger omkring.

All annan användning eller en ändring på skogshjälmen deﬁ nieras som felaktig och omfattar en avsevärd olycksrisk. Tillverkaren övertar inget ansvar för skador som kan härledas till felaktig användning. Skogshjälmen är inte avsedd för kommersiell användning.
