Proofer lights will turn on & the

end of use for each day.
Power button turns OFF both
proofer & oven sections.

10 minute heat & humidity soak
timer begins after reaching set
point the rst cycle after powering
ON the unit. Recipes cannot be

Start timer for any one or all of the
top, middle, or bottom 1/3rd of the
proofer after loading trays. Timer
shows green button & timer count

1/3rd timer countdown alarm
beeps for load of the next proofer
section.
Touch to START the timer for the
next loaded section.
Stop alarm by touching “0:00”
button.
A running timer can only be
canceled by touch & hold of the
timer button for 2 to 3 seconds.
