View bright, colorful presentations in a variety of lighting conditions with the
1420X’s 2700 ANSI lumens (max.) and the 1430X’s 3200 ANSI lumens (Max.), and 2400:1 Minimum (Full On/Full Off) contrast ratio. With 1024x768 (XGA) native resolution and a built-in 2W speaker, the Dell 1420X/1430X projectors make great choices for projection of video, presentations, and a variety of media.
3D capability helps you capture your audience’s attention (Active 3D glasses with
DLP link, 3D player software application, VGA cable, 3D content, PC/laptop with a 120Hz signal output quad buffered graphics card are required and sold separately).
A wide range of connectivity options allow for projection from a variety of
devices, including DVD players, document cameras, and external speakers.
Closed captioning allows you to view a visual transcription of a program’s audio
portion on the screen with closed captioning1 — ideal for watching videos in the conference room, or educational movies in the classroom.

The 1420X features a long lamp life of up to 4,5002 hours in normal mode, and up to 6,0002 hours Eco-Mode, while the 1430X has a lamp life of up to 3,0002 hours in normal mode, and up to 5,0002 hours Eco-Mode. So you can spend less time and money on maintenance.
