Specifications

22-gaug e stain less st eel and is creas ed to a 1.00” (3c m)
diame ter dra in. Sta inles s steel holdin g clips accomm odate
12” x 2 0” (30cm x 51cm) pans 4” o r 6” (10c m or 15cm) deep
suppl ied by o thers . Prod uc t t emper ature s o f 33°F (1 °C )
to 41°F (5°C) are mai ntain ed at 86°F (29˚C) amb ient room
tempe rature, meet ing NSF 7 re quire ments. Adapter bars are
stand ard.
Sides and bottom a re wrappe d with ref rigeration lines
and insula ted w ith high-den sity environmen tally friendly,
Kyoto Pro tocol Co mp liant, Non ODP (Ozo ne Depletion
Pot entia l), Non GWP (Glo bal War ming Potential) closedcell polyu retha ne. Exterior housing is 24- gauge galvanized
steel.
Condensing unit is suspe nded b elow the c old pa n on
a 16-gauge st eel f rame and u ses H FC-134a refr igerant.
Temperature contro l has a n ON/OFF pos ition to s hut down
cold pan. U nit has a n 8’ (2.4m) cord a nd NEMA 5-15 P plug.
A st ainle ss s teel louver i s provi ded for field installation;
cutou t dime nsion is 12” x 2 3.5” (30cm x 60cm ). A second
openi ng at th e re ar of the cabinet should be provided at
insta llati on to allow for proper air circu latio n.
