Exte rior Top is constructed of one piec e 16 -gauge stainless steel,

with integral 2.12 ” (5.4c m) square nosing o n front and 4” (10 .2cm) high by 2 ” (5.1c m) thick backsplash on rear. Top has opening for use with 1/ 6 size pans. Pans and adapter bars supplied by o thers. Pans are recessed 3” (7.6c m) or 2” (5.1cm) and rest on adjustable pan supports. Opening is supplied w ith remo vable 20 -gauge stainless steel co ver. Temperature in top opening maintains 33° F (1° C) to 41° F (5°C ), with pans recessed 3” (7.6 cm), at 86 °F ambient room temperature, meeting NSF7 requirements.

Exte rior back and bottom of base are co nstructed o f 2 4-gauge galva-

nized steel. Exterior ends are co nstructed o f 18-gauge stainless steel.

Base interior has a 22 -gauge stainless steel back and bo ttom. Interior

ends and door frames are formed o f ABS plastic. Base is insulated w ith a minimum of 1. 50 ” (3.8c m) foamed in place high density polyurethane.

Door(s) are c onstructed w ith ABS plastic interior liner and 2 2-

gauge stainless steel exterior front. Do or(s) have a black rec essed handle and a snap in magnetic gasket which is easily replaceable.

Base is furnished w ith a blower co il espec ially made to fit behind

door mullion. Blow er co il housing encloses refrigeration lines, evaporator coil, expansion valve and fans. Unit is designed to maintain 36° F (2° C) to 40° F (4° C) in the base.

Unit is mounted on 6 .13” (15 .6cm) high adjustable stainless steel legs.

Electrical connections are 11 5 volt, 60 Hertz, single phase. Unit

must be hard wired.
