Top฀is฀constructed฀of฀16-gauge฀stain-

ished฀into฀one฀integral฀unit฀securely฀

attached฀to฀the฀body฀framework.฀Top฀is฀

fabricated฀with฀square฀exterior฀corners฀

with฀top฀corner฀bumpers.฀Push฀handle฀

located฀at฀rear฀of฀unit.

Bottom฀is฀constructed฀of฀16-gauge฀

stainless฀steel฀with฀floor฀kinked฀to฀floor฀

drain,฀plug฀provided฀(two฀drains฀on฀

double฀bay฀carts฀and฀one฀on฀single฀bay฀

carts).฀14-gauge฀reinforcement฀caster฀

channels฀provided.

Door฀is฀constructed฀of฀20-gauge฀

stainless฀steel฀mounted฀to฀unit฀on฀

three฀heavy-duty฀hinges.฀Foam฀insu-

lated฀to฀reduce฀noise฀and฀vibration.฀

Door฀to฀open฀on฀a฀full฀270°฀swing฀

with฀positive฀latching฀in฀open฀or฀

closed฀positions.

Tray฀slides฀to฀be฀field฀adjustable฀

and฀removable;฀to฀accomodate฀tray฀

lengths฀from฀16”฀(40.64cm)฀to฀20.25”฀

(51.43cm)฀long฀and฀up฀to฀15”฀

(38.1cm)฀wide.฀Tray฀slide฀is฀2”฀
