has not been veried. This product cannot eliminate all airborne toxic substances. (*1) Test methodology: The Japan Electrical Manufacturers’ Association standard (JEM1467) Decision criteria: Elimination of 99% of 0.1-2.5μm particulate matter in a 32m³ airtight space in 90 minutes or less. Equivalent value for 32m³ test space.
These results were obtained in a 32m³ airtight space. They are not demonstrable eects in customer environments.

Concerning the power supply plug and cord
• Do not unplug while the unit is in operation. (Fire or an electric shock may
result from heating)
• Do not plug or unplug with wet hands. (An electric shock may result)
• Do not use in such a way that the ratings of the power socket or wiring
appliances are exceeded or use a voltage outside of the range AC220-240V. (Fire may result from heating if the ratings of multi-socket power adapters, etc., are exceeded)

Do not insert ngers, sticks, or any other item, into the air inlets or air outlet.

• Do not use flammable substances (hair spray, insecticide, etc.) near the unit.
• Do not wipe the unit with benzine or thinner.
(An electric shock, fire, or cracking may result)
Immediately turn o and unplug the unit if there are any signs of abnormality
or damage. Examples of abnormality or damage.
• The unit does not operate even if the switch is turned on.
• Current passes through the cord only sometimes if the cord is moved.
• There are abnormal sounds or vibrations during operation.
• The casing of the unit has deformed or is abnormally hot.
• There is a burnt smell. (Malfunctioning, an electric shock, smoke, fire,
etc., may result if the abnormality is not addressed and the unit

During use
• Small children or immobile persons (due to illness or injury) should not
operate the unit by themselves. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

- Persons who are heavily intoxicated or have taken sleep medication should not operate the unit.

• Do not use products, such as cosmetics, that contain ne powder, near the
unit. (An electric shock or malfunctioning may result)
• Do not operate the unit when fumigating insecticide is in use.
- After using insecticide, make sure to suciently ventilate the room before operating the unit.
(Harm may be caused to health from an outow of accumulated chemical
compounds from the outlet)
• Do not use near a smoke detector.
- If out owing air ows in the direction of a smoke detector, the response of the smoke detector may be delayed or it may fail to detect smoke.
• Frequently ventilate the room when using the unit together with combustion-
based heating devices.
- Usage of this product is not a substitute for ventilation. (Potential cause of carbon monoxide poisoning) This product cannot eliminate carbon monoxide.
• If the unit is placed within reach of a pet, be careful that the pet does not urinate on the unit or chew on the power supply cord. (Fire, an electric shock, or injury may result)

• Do not obstruct the air inlets or air outlet with laundry, cloth, curtains, etc.
(Overheating or re may result from poor circulation)

curtains, etc. (Staining or deformation may result)

from air conditioners, etc.
• Positions near combustion-based heating devices or exposed to direct
airow from heating appliances (Deformation may result)
• Places where chemicals and pharmaceuticals are used such as hospitals,
factories, laboratories, beauty salons, and photographic laboratories (Volatilised chemicals and solvents may degrade mechanical parts)
• Places with high levels of electromagnetic waves such as near an
electromagnetic cooker, speakers, etc. (The unit may not function correctly.)
• Places exposed to soot (conductive dust) released by candles, aromatic
candles, etc. The performance of the lters may be impaired, causing the room to become dirty due to the build-up of dust that is not captured.
• Do not use cosmetics etc., containing silicone* near the unit.
* Hair care products (split ends coating agents, hair mousse, hair
treatment agents etc.), cosmetics, antiperspirants, antistatic agents, waterproof sprays, lustering agents, glass cleaners, chemical wiping cloths, wax, etc.
- If an insulator such as silicone adheres to the needle of the streamer unit, the streamer discharge may not be generated.
- The dust collection lter may become clogged up resulting in reduced air purifying capacity.
• Do not use an ultrasonic
humidier or similar appliance near the unit. The dust collection lter may become clogged up resulting in reduced air purifying capacity.

AIR PURIFICATION PROCESS
Pre-lter
It removes relatively large dust and mold, human hair, pet hair, and so on.
Deodorising lter
Features a granular active carbon, which is particularly eective at trapping odors and harmful
gases to keep your home smelling fresh.
Dust collection lter (electrostatic HEPA lter)
The high-performance HEPA lter eectively removes ne dust and cigarette smoke up to
99.97%* down to 0.3 microns in size. It reduces airborne bacteria, mold spores and particles that carry viruses.
Removal eciency of HEPA lter (tested individually). The eciency of air purier is dierent.

PREPARATION BEFORE OPERATION
Please check before use
This product is for 220V~240V, 50Hz or 60Hz only.
Make sure to connect the power plug to a grounded electric outlet
(220V~240V, 50Hz or 60Hz) dedicated to the product.
- Always remove lter wrapping before installation.
- The unit is for residential use and thus for indoor only.
- Remove power plug from the socket when not in use.
- Check front part of the lter when installing unit.
How to install lter
Tips
1. Open the front cover by pulling the lower part of it.
2. Take out the lter by pressing down on the top clip of the pre-lter, and remove its packing sheet.
3.
Install lters according to the following order. Dust collection lter (electrostatic HEPA lter)  Deodorising lter  Pre lter (Check the insert direction of lters and make the hooks xed into the unit.).
4. Fit the front cover back to the product.
Pointers for good positioning
Positioning the unit

Choose a position from where airow can reach all areas
of the room.
Place on a stable surface. If the unit is placed on an
unstable surface, vibrations from the unit may be amplied.
If you nd that interference from the power circuit
inside the unit or cables causes interference on your TV screen or static noise to be emitted from nearby radios or stereos, move the unit to at least 2m away from the
device. Keep cordless phones and radio-controlled
clocks away from the unit also.
- To avoid staining of walls, position the unit in accordance with the positioning measurements in the illustration. However, note that since this unit draws in dirty air, certain types of wall may be stained even if the measurements are adhered to. In such cases, make sure to maintain sucient distance between the unit and the wall.
- When used for a long period of time in the same location, the oor and surrounding walls may get stained as air is drawn into air inlets near the base of the unit. It is recommended to clean the unit periodically.

Green indicates that the air is clean.
The dust/PM2.5 sensor lamp can detect small (approx.1.0-
2.5μm) and large (approx. 2.5μm and above) dust particles. The “PM2.5” lamp lights in response to small particles and the DUST lamp lights in response to large dust particles.

About the dust/PM2.5 sensor lamp
- After operation is started, the lamp will light green for the rst minute (approx.) regardless of air impurity level.
- If the responsiveness of the dust/PM2.5 sensor is poor, change the sensitivity setting of the sensor. ►Page14
- The responsiveness of the dust/PM2.5 sensor may be poor during FAN setting “Turbo” or when airow is high in
AUTO FAN MODE. The strong airow causes dust to be drawn into the air inlets before it can be detected by the dust/PM2.5 sensor. This is normal (not a malfunction).
Dust/PM2.5 sensor detection range
- Detectable matter : house dust, tobacco smoke, pollen, mites, pet hairs,diesel particulate matter
- Sometimes detectable : steam, oil smoke
TIPS
The size of the symbols varies in accordance with the airow rate setting.
Turning operation ON/OFF
Press ON/OFF button to turn ON.
- ON/OFF lamp lights up.
- Press again to turn OFF.
At the time of purchase, the unit is set to AUTO FAN MODE. When the unit is unplugged or turned OFF, it will operate with the settings
last used the next time it is turned ON.
Operation settings cannot be changed for about 2 seconds immediately
after the power supply plug is inserted.
Changing the Air ow Rate and Mode
Press FAN/MODE button to select the desired FAN setting.
- Each press cycles between the FAN lamps and MODE lamps.

The ambient air is quickly purified using a large airflow. Recommended for use while you are cleaning up a room.

AUTO
Automatic airflow rate adjustment
FAN setting (Quiet, Low, Standard, High, Turbo) is automatically adjusted
according to the degree of air impurity. Purifying capacity increases as airflow rate rises.
ECONO
Saving energy
In Power saving mode within ECONO MODE, the FAN setting automatically
switches between Quiet, Low and Standard only. Power consumption and operating sounds are minimized.
Recommended for use during sleep hours.
- As the FAN setting is limited to Quiet, Low and Standard, air purifying capacity
is reduced.
- FAN setting is adjusted automatically. Airow cannot be adjusted manually.
POLLEN
Reducing pollen levels
A gentle air current is created by switching every 5 minutes between the FAN
setting Standard and Low so that pollen can be drawn in and caught before it reaches the floor.
- FAN setting is adjusted automatically. Airow cannot be adjusted manually.
How to Use
1. Hold down FAN/MODE button and ON/OFF button for about 3 seconds.
2. Release both buttons when a short beep sounds.
One of the FAN lamps(Low,Standard,Turbo) will blink for about 5 seconds and then the lamp
corresponding to the currently set sensitivity will light up.

Press FAN/MODE button to change the sensitivity setting.
Each press cycles between the FAN lamps allowing you to change the sensitivity.
Setting is indicated using the FAN lamps. If the FAN lamps do not change, unplug the unit, wait
at least 5 seconds, then reinsert the power supply plug and repeat the above procedure from the beginning.
4. After selecting the new setting, hold down FAN/MODE button and ON/ OFF button for 3 seconds. The unit will return to regular operation.
The new setting will also be applied if no button is input for 10 seconds.
Settings are remembered even if the unit is unplugged.

When the product is shipped out, the air quality sensor is set to normal sensitivity. If the
sensitivity of the dust/PM2.5 sensor does not meet your preferences, you can adjust the
sensitivity of sensor as follows.
TIPS
In order to start setting sensor sensitivity, the air purier should be turned on. Press ON/OFF button to turn ON.

CLEANING METHOD
Cleaning the Dust / PM2.5 sensor (Every 2 months)
1. Open the air quality sensor cover on the right
hand side of the product. Clean the air inlet and outlet vent and then the air quality sensor with
a soft brush or vacuum cleaner.
2. Wet a cotton swab lightly and clean the lens, dust inlet, and dust outlet.
Clean them with a dry cotton swab to remove remaining moisture.
Without regular cleaning, the performance of the pollution sensor deteriorates.
The cleaning cycle diers depending on the operation environment. When
using the product in a dusty environment, clean the sensor more often.
Avoid touching the lens(internal part) of Dust/PM2.5 sensor with
ngers or other things. It may aects the sensing performance.
Cleaning the air inlet and outlet (When dirt becomes an issue)
Clean the air inlet and outlet with a soft brush.
Exercise caution not to have dust fall inside the air purier.
If covered in dust, run the air purier in manual mode for 10 minutes to blow the dust o the vent. You may then continue with normal use.
Cleaning the front cover (When dirt becomes an issue)
Separate the front cover from the product and remove the dust attached to
the surface with a soft dry brush or cloth.
Use lightly wet cloth if the contamination is serious but do not use abrasives.
Cleaning the product body (When dirt becomes an issue)
Use a soft dry cloth to clean the product body.
Use a damp cloth if the contamination is serious, however, do not use abrasives.
TIPS
- Always unplug the unit before cleaning it.
- Do not use detergent that contains organic solvents (solvent, thinner, etc), bleach, chlorine, or abrasives.
- Do not put the unit into water or spray water on it.

CLEANING METHOD
Cleaning the Pre-Filter (Every 2 – 4 weeks)
1. Open the front cover by pulling the lower part of it.
2. Press down on the top clip of the pre-lter and pull it out.
To prevent dust from falling o, remove the lter carefully without exerting
a shock.
3. Clean the pre-lter with a vacuum cleaner or with water depending on the level of contamination.
Remove the deodorization lter before cleaning the Pre-lter.
4. Install the pre-lter after removing the moisture completely. Fit the front cover back to the product.
TIPS
- Always unplug the product before cleaning the lter.
- The pre-lter is reusable by removing dust or cleaning it with water.
- If the pre-lter is not cleaned for a long time, the product performance may deteriorate.

Deodorising lter and dust collecting lter cannot be cleaned and reused. Never clean them with water.

- Check that the ‘front’ sides of lters are in the correct direction.
- To maintain optimal performance of the product, use original replacement lters.
- Always unplug the air cleaner before replacing lters.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Before making an inquiry or a request for repair, please check the following.
If the problem persists, contact the authorized distributor or retailer.
In the event of malfunction during operation
If the indicator lamps light up abnormally, or become inoperable, due to a lightning strike etc., re­move the power supply plug, wait at least 5 seconds then reinsert the power supply plug and turn the unit on again.

This is not a defect but a normal operation when the electric power gets restored after blackout or any other power failure, except an instantaneous interruption.

1. Mengontrol PM2.5
Penghilangan 99% partikel berukuran 0,1-2,5 μm (*1).
• Tidak memperhitungkan masuknya partikel baru dari luar ruangan karena
ventilasi, dsb.
• PM2.5 adalah istilah umum untuk partikulat berukuran 2,5 μm atau lebih kecil.
• Penghapusan partikulat yang berukuran kurang dari 0,1 μm dengan pemurni
udara ini belum diverikasi. Produk ini tidak dapat menghilangkan semua
zat beracun di udara.(*1) Metodologi pengujian: Standar Japan Electrical Manufacturers' Association (JEM1467) Kriteria keputusan: Penghilangan 99%
partikulat berukuran 0,1-2,5 μm di ruang kedap udara berukuran 32 m³ dalam waktu 90 menit atau lebih singkat. Nilai yang setara untuk ruang pengujian
berukuran 32 m³.
Hasil ini diperoleh di ruang kedap udara berukuran 32 m³. Hasil tersebut bukan efek yang dapat dibuktikan di lingkungan pelanggan.

Terkait konektor dan kabel catu daya
• Jangan lepas saat unit sedang dioperasikan. (Kebakaran atau sengatan listrik dapat terjadi akibat pemanasan)
• Jangan sambungkan atau lepas konektor saat tangan basah. (Sengatan listrik dapat terjadi)
• Jangan gunakan hingga tingkat stopkontak atau perangkat kabel melampaui atau menggunakan tegangan di luar rentang AC 220-240 V. (Kebakaran dapat
terjadi akibat pemanasan jika tingkat adaptor daya multisoket, dsb., terlampaui)
Jangan tarik kabel catu daya saat melepasnya.

• Jangan lakukan tindakan yang dapat merusaknya.
- Tindakan tersebut antara lain merusak, memodikasi, menekuk

• Pasang konektor catu daya dengan kuat
- Jangan gunakan konektor catu daya yang rusak atau stopkontak yang longgar. (Sengatan listrik atau kebakaran karena pemanasan atau hubungan arus
pendek dapat terjadi jika konektor catu daya tidak terpasang dengan kuat)
• Bersihkan debu dari konektor catu daya dengan kain kering secara berkala.
- Jika unit tidak digunakan dalam waktu lama, lepas konektor catu daya. (Kebakaran atau panas berlebih dapat disebabkan oleh isolasi cacat yang dihasilkan dari kelembapan, dsb.)
• Saat melakukan pemeliharaan, pemeriksaan, serta pemindahan unit, pastikan
untuk mematikan dan melepas kabel perangkat.
(Sengatan listrik atau cedera dapat terjadi)

• Lokasi penggunaan atau yang berpotensi menimbulkan kebocoran minyak
atau gas yang mudah terbakar. (Api atau asap dapat dihasilkan dari penyalaan maupun penyedotan ke arah
unit, atau cedera dapat terjadi akibat penurunan kualitas atau keretakan plastik)
• Tempat adanya gas korosif atau partikel debu logam.

Tempat dengan tingkat suhu dan kelembapan tinggi atau yang memungkinkan
penyebaran air, misalnya kamar mandi.

Segera matikan dan lepas konektor unit jika terdapat tanda gangguan
atau kerusakan. Contoh gangguan atau kerusakan.
• Unit tidak dapat dioperasikan meskipun tombol telah dihidupkan.
• Arus hanya melewati kabel sesekali jika kabel bergeser.
• Terdapat suara atau getaran yang tidak biasa selama pengoperasian.
• Casing unit mengalami perubahan bentuk atau sangat panas.
• Terdapat bau terbakar. (Kegagalan fungsi, sengatan listrik, asap, api, dsb. dapat terjadi jika gangguan tidak diatasi dan unit terus digunakan)
Hubungi distributor atau peritel resmi.
Selama Penggunaan
• Jangan gunakan deterjen berklorin atau asam.
(Cedera dapat terjadi akibat penurunan kualitas maupun keretakan plastik,
atau bahaya kesehatan dapat ditimbulkan akibat produksi gas beracun)
• Jauhkan unit dari rokok atau batang dupa yang menyala.

• Jangan coba membongkar, merekonstruksi, atau memperbaiki sendiri
unit ini. (Kebakaran, sengatan listrik, atau cedera dapat terjadi) Untuk
perbaikan, hubungi distributor atau peritel resmi.
• Jangan masukkan jari, stik, maupun item lainnya ke dalam saluran masuk
atau saluran keluar udara. (Sengatan listrik, cedera, atau kerusakan dapat

• Jangan tuang air ke saluran keluar udara atau unit.

Selama penggunaan
• Anak kecil atau orang yang tidak dapat bergerak (karena sakit atau cedera) tidak boleh mengoperasikan unit ini sendiri. Perangkat ini tidak ditujukan
untuk digunakan oleh orang (termasuk anak-anak) yang mengalami keterbatasan sik, indra, maupun mental, atau kurang memiliki
pengalaman dan pengetahuan, kecuali jika telah diawasi atau diberi petunjuk terkait penggunaan perangkat oleh orang yang bertanggung jawab atas keselamatan mereka.
- Anak-anak harus diawasi untuk memastikan mereka tidak bermain dengan peralatan.
- Pembersihan dan pemeliharaan pengguna tidak boleh dilakukan oleh anak-anak tanpa pengawasan.
- Orang yang sangat mabuk atau mengkonsumsi obat tidur tidak boleh mengoperasikan unit.

• Jangan gunakan di dekat detektor asap.
- Jika udara yang mengalir keluar mengarah ke detektor asap, respons detektor asap mungkin lambat atau mungkin gagal mendeteksi asap.
