Be sure to read this manual, the installation manual of the indoor unit
and installation manual of the adapter before installation and follow
the instruction.

Applicable indoor units: FXF(A), FX Z(A), FXD(A), FXS(A).
For applicable adaptors see the option list or catalogue.

Attaching the adaptor

1. Attach the adapter in the installation box by the PCB supports
(accessories).

I. Detach the aluminium tape of the installation box to insert the PCB

supports, refer to Figure 1.

• Adaptor type 1: Detach the aluminium tapes A

• Adaptor type 2: Detach the aluminium tapes B+D

• Adaptor type 3: Detach the aluminium tapes C+D

II. Install the adapter PCB on the installation box using the PCB

supports (4 pcs.) (refer to Figure 2).

III. Pass the high current wiring through the wiring through hole (high

current), mand pass the low current wiring through the wiring
through hole (low current).

IV. Separate the high current wiring and the low current wiring with

a distance 50 mm or more, then place them.

2. Attach the installation box lid.

I. Insert spacers (2 pcs.) into the holes in the thermal insulation

material a󰀩xed to the installation box lid (refer to Figure 3).
