Installation Procedure

1. Assembling the installation frame.
1) Fix the floor anchor, side support (R), side support (L), and reinforce plate at the 6 locations using the

2. Fix the installation frame.
2-1) Fix the installation frame at 2 locations on the
floor surface using the M10 foundation bolts. (field supply: M10 foundation bolt)
2-2) Fix the installation frame at 4 locations on the
wall using screws. (field supply: M4 × 25L)
CAUTION
• Be sure to fix the installation frame on the floor surface firmly using M10 foundation bolts.
• Fix the installation frame to a sufficiently strong wall that can bear the heavy load of the unit.

3. Preparing for the air conditioner installation.
3-1) Remove the pipe port cover on the bottom right of the air conditioner. 3-2) Set the thermal insulation, and cover the field piping, drain hose, and inter-unit wiring with it.
(Note: The thermal insulation is used only when it is routed under the support cover.)
3-3) Fix the support cover at 8 locations on the installation frame using screws. ( Screw (M4 × 8L))

4. Installing the air conditioner and performing finishing.
4-1) Hook the air conditioner on the mounting plate (supplied with the air conditioner), and fix it at 2 locations on the
installation frame using screws. ( Screw (M4 × 8L))

Set the thermal insulation according to the locations of the M10 foundation bolts.

3-4) Fix the support plate (2 pcs.) at 6 locations on the installation frame using screws. ( Screw (M4 × 8L))

3-5) Fix the mounting plate (supplied with the air conditioner) at 6 locations on the installation frame using screws.
