Untergrund auf.
– Beachten Sie die Risiken, die von offenem Feuer und anderen Hitzequellen wie elektrischen Heizge-
räten, Gasfl ammen usw. ausgehen, wenn sich diese in unmittelbarer Nähe des Carry Cots befi nden.
Verwenden Sie das Carry Cot nicht, wenn ein Teil eingerissen oder beschädigt ist oder fehlt.
CYBEX Carry Cot ist nur für ein Kind geeignet, das sich noch nicht selbst aufsetzen kann.
Zusammenbauanleitung
1. Legen Sie die mitgelieferte Matratze mit der dicken Seite am Kopfende in das Carry Cot hinein.
Dies ist für die spätere Liegeposition sehr wichtig.
2. Führen Sie die Versteifungen in die dafür vorgesehenen angenähten Taschen ein (siehe Bild 1).
Die 4 Kunststoffstreifen sind für die spätere Stabilität des Carry Cots sehr wichtig.
3. Setzen Sie das Oberteil auf das Carry Cot und schließen Sie den Reißverschluss bis zur gewünsch-
ten Position.
4. Zum Waschen entnehmen Sie bitte die Versteifungen.

Öffnen und Schließen des Oberteils
Der Reißverschluss der Oberteils ist fl exibel zu öffnen. So kann man das Oberteil
abnehmen, oder seitlich einseitig sowie in einer Zwischenstellung öffnen. Hierbei können Sie das
Oberteil mit den angenähten Schlaufen an den dafür vorgesehenen Knöpfen befestigen. (Bild 2)
Verwendung auf CYBEX TOPAZ
1. Das TOPAZ Carry Cot ist nur für die Verwendung mit dem CYBEX TOPAZ geeignet. Stellen Sie hierzu
die Rückenlehne des Buggys auf die Liegeposition. Bitte achten Sie darauf, dass die Beinaufl age
beim Wagen aufgestellt ist. (Siehe hierzu Gebrauchsanleitung CYBEX TOPAZ)
2. Führen Sie nun den Adapter des Carry Cots in die Aufnahmen des Buggys ein und lassen Sie die
Verschlüsse auf beiden Seiten vollständig einschnappen. (Bild 3)
3. Zum Entnehmen des Carry Cots aus dem Wagen, drücken Sie die Schnappverschlüsse links und
rechts am Ende des Adapters. (Bild 3)
Achtung: Stellen Sie vor jedem Gebrauch sicher, dass der Adapter komplett eingerastet ist.
Um das Kind vor Sonneneinstrahlung zu schützen, können Sie das TOPAZ - Verdeck auch auf dem
Carry Cot nutzen. Trennen Sie dazu zuerst die Tasche am Verdeck mittels Reißverschluss ab.
Hierzu müssen Sie die Verdeckadapter sicher in Aufnahmen des Carry Cots einrasten lassen. (Bild 4)
Verbinden Sie nun das Verdeck mit dem Reißverschluss an dem TOPAZ Carry Cot.
Zum Abnehmen des Verdecks ertasten Sie auf der Innenseite des Carry Cots die Öffnung und
drücken Sie durch den Stoff die Schnappverschlüsse auf der linken und rechten Seite des Carry Cots
und entnehmen Sie das Verdeck. (Bild 6)
Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Verdeck zum Lieferumfang des Buggys gehört und nicht zum Lieferumfang des Carry Cots.
Reinigung
– Das Carry Cot ist nach der Entfernung der Versteifungen, der Matratze und des Bodens bei 30°
Handwäsche waschbar.
– Bitte beachten Sie die Pfl egehinweise auf dem Etikett. Lassen Sie das TOPAZ Carry Cot vor
der Wiederverwendung vollständig trocknen. Die verwendeten Textilien wurden von CYBEX
getestet. Es kann jedoch vorkommen, dass bei starkem Regen Wasser durch Nahtstellen eindringen kann und dadurch Wasserfl ecken entstehen können.
Dieses Produkt wurde gemäß EN 1888:2003 + A1/A2/A3:2005 sowie EN 1466:2008 geprüft und zertifi ziert.
Entsorgung
Am Ende der Produktlebensdauer ist eine sachgemäße Entsorgung vorzunehmen. Die Abfallentsorgung kann kommunal unterschiedlich sein. Um eine vorschriftsmäßige Entsorgung des Produktes
zu gewährleisten, setzen Sie sich mit Ihrer kommunalen Abfallentsorgung bzw. der Verwaltung Ihres
Wohnortes in Verbindung. Beachten Sie auf jeden Fall die Entsorgungsbestimmungen Ihres Landes.
Garantiebedingungen
Die Garantie über unsere Produkte deckt gemäß unseren Garantiebestimmungen Herstellungs- und Materialfehler ab, die innerhalb von 2 Jahren auftreten. Ein Beweis über den
Kauf (Kaufbeleg, Rechnung etc.) ist unerlässlich.
Garantieansprüche gelten nur, wenn das Produkt beim Kauf auf Vollständigkeit und einwandfreie Funktionsfähigkeit geprüft und im gegensätzlichen Fall der Fachhändler umgehend informiert wurde. Garantieansprüche gelten zudem nur, wenn das umgetauschte CYBEX TOPAZ
Carry Cot in einem sauberen und ordentlichen Zustand ist. Die Garantie deckt keine Schäden
ab, die durch Fehlgebrauch oder normale Verschleißerscheinungen entstanden sind. Wenn
Sie Ihr CYBEX TOPAZ Carry Cot im Versandhandel gekauft haben, überprüfen Sie es umgehend
nach Erhalt auf Schäden und Vollständigkeit. Falls Schäden vorhanden sind, benutzen Sie das
CYBEX TOPAZ Carry Cot nicht und schicken Sie es sofort zur Überprüfung zurück. Wir betonen,
dass nur Original Bau- und Zubehörteile verwendet werden dürfen. Das CYBEX TOPAZ Carry
Cot muss gemäß der Gebrauchsanleitung behandelt und genutzt werden.

– Only use the supplied mattress for this carry cot.
– Only use original CYBEX equipment.
– Check the carrying straps and the base regularly for damage and signs of wear and tear.
– Never use this product on a stand.
– Dispose of the plastic packaging immediately. It can endanger the lives of children.
– Only use the carry cot on a fi rm, save and dry surface.
– Make sure the carry cot is in a horizontal position and never place it on a sloped surface.
– Be aware of the risk presented by an open fi re and other heat sources such as electric heaters, gas
fl ames etc. if they are in the immediate vicinity of the carry cot.
ASSEMBLING INSTRUCTION (IMAGE 1)
1. Insert the mattress with the thick side at the head end of the carry cot. This is very important for the
subsequent sleeping position.
2. Insert protection strips into the according slots (see picture 1). The four plastic strips are very
important for the stability of the carry cot.
3. Attach the top cover to the carry cot and close the zipper in the desired position. See also „Open
and close the top cover“.
4. To wash, please remove the protection strips.

OPENING AND CLOSING THE TOP COVER
The top cover zipper opens to any position. Therefore, it is possible to remove the top, or open it
partially on one side or in an intermediate position. This allows you to attach the top cover with the
loops to the suitable fasteners. (Image 2)
USE WITH CYBEX TOPAZ
1. The TOPAZ carry cot may only be used with the CYBEX TOPAZ buggy. Please fully recline the backrest
of the buggy. Please make sure the leg rest is in an upright position. (Refer to the CYBEX TOPAZ
instruction manual)
2. Insert the connectors of the carry cot into the slots of the stroller until both buttons are completely
snapped in place. (Image 3)
3. To remove the carry cot from the buggy, press the snap buttons of the adapter. (Image 3)
Attention: Before each use make sure that the adapter is safely fastened.
To protect the child from sunlight you may use the TOPAZ canopy on the carry cot. Detach the
integrated canopy pocket from the canopy fi rst.
Insert the connectors of the canopy into the respective slots of the carry cot. (Image 4)
Now connect the canopy to the carry cot by using the zipper.
To remove the canopy fi nd the opening on the inside of the carry cot and press the snap buttons
through the fabric on the left and right side of the carry cot. (Image 6)
Please note that the canopy is included in delivery of the CYBEX buggys and not in the delivery of
the carry cot.
CLEANING
– The carry cot may be had washed in luke warm water after removing the protection strips, the
mattress and the base.
– Please read the care instructions on the label. Let the TOPAZ carry cot dry completely before reuse.
The textiles used have been tested by CYBEX. However, in case of heavy rain water may penetrate
through the seams and cause water stains.
This product was approved according to the EN 1888:2003 + A1/A2/A3:2005 and EN 1466:2008.
DISPOSAL
When you are done using your TOPAZ carry cot, a proper disposal is important. Garbage disposal
may very in every country. Please contact your local waste management company to make sure
you are taking the right steps to dispose of the TOPAZ carry cot. Always follow the disposal regulations
of your country.

proper condition. The Guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear
and tear on parts. If you purchased your TOPAZ carry cot through a mail order catalogue,
make sure your check it for damages and completeness as soon as it arrives. In case of any
damages, do not use the TOPAZ carry cot, but immediately send it back to be checked. We
stress that only original parts and accessories are to be used. The TOPAZ carry cot must be
handled and used according to the instruction manual.
