ERSTMONTAGE

Der Kindersitz besteht aus einem Sitzkissen (d) und einer Rückenlehne (a) mit verstellbarer Schulter-(Höhe & Breite) und Kopfstütze (Höhe). Nur die Kombination der beiden Teile bietet Ihrem Kind den bestmöglichen Schutz und Komfort.

WARNUNG! Die Bestandteile des CYBEX Solution Q2-x

dürfen weder einzeln noch in Verbindung mit Sitzkissen,

Rückenlehnen oder Kopfstützen anderer Hersteller oder

anderer Baureihen verwendet werden. Die Zulassung würde in einem solchen Fall sofort erlöschen.

Die Rückenlehne (a) wird mit der Führungsnase (b), auf der Achse (c) des Sitzkissens (d) eingehakt. Schieben Sie die beiden mitgelieferten Seitenprotektoren des „Linear Sideimpact Protection“ Systems (L.S.P) in die dafür vorgesehenen Montageöffnungen (z), außen an den Schulterstützen. Durch leichten Druck nach unten, verrasten diese mit einem hörbaren „KLICK“.

HINWEIS! Bitte bewahren Sie die Gebrauchsanleitung immer in der dafür vorgesehenen Tasche (s) auf der Rückseite des Sitzes

auf.

WARNUNG! Achten Sie immer darauf, dass die Einzelteile

des Kindersitzes niemals gestaucht oder eingeklemmt werden (z.B. durch die Fahrzeugtür oder durch Verstellen der Rückbank).

FIRST INSTALLATION PRIMA INSTALLAZIONE

The child seat consists of a booster seat (d) and a backrest (a) with adjustable shoulder parts (width & height) and headrest (height). Only the combination of these two parts provides best

protection and comfort to your child.

WARNING! The parts of the CYBEX Solution Q2-x must not

be used alone or in combination with boosters, backrests or

headrests from other manufacturers or from different product

series. In such instances, the certication expires immediately.

Il seggiolino è composto da una base di seduta (d) e schienale (a) con protezione spalle e testa ad altezza regolabile. La protezione

ed il comfort del bambino sono assicurati soltanto se le due parti sono utilizzate insieme.

ATTENZIONE! Le parti del seggiolino CYBEX Solution Q2-

x non devono assolutamente essere usate separatamente o

in combinazione con prodotti di altro modello o produttore. In tal caso la licenza sarà automaticamente annullata.

Connect the backrest (a) to the booster (d) by hooking the guide lug (b) on the axis (c) of the booster (d). Insert the Linear Sideimpact Protection pads (L.S.P.) on both sides of the shoulder rest into the appropriate installation holes (z). Push the pads slightly downwards until you hear them click in.

NOTE! Please keep the user guide close by for future reference (e.g. by storing it in the pocket (s) at the rear of the seat).

WARNING! Please ensure that the plastic parts of the child

seat are never compressed (e.g. by jamming in the car door or when adjusting the back seat).

Collegare lo schienale (a) alla seduta(d) mediante il binario di ancoraggio (b) sull'asse (c) della seduta (d). Inserire i cuscinetti del Sistema L.S.P.(Protezione lineare nell'impatto lterale) negli appositi alloggiamenti (z) su ambo i lati delle protezioni per le spalle. Spingere verso il basso no a sentire il click di collegamento avvenuto.

NOTA BENE! Consigliamo di conservare il manuale istruzioni

sotto la copertura elastica sul retro dello schienale in modo da avero sempre a portata di mano per una veloce consultazione.

ATTENZIONE! Fare sempre molta attenzione a non

danneggiare le parti in plastica del seggiolino durante l’uso

quotidiano, per esempio nel chiudere le porte del veicolo o

regolando i sedili.

ANPASSEN AN DIE KÖRPERGRÖSSE

Nur eine in optimaler Höhe eingestellte Kopfstütze (e) bietet größtmöglichen Schutz und Komfort für Ihr Kind und gewährleistet außerdem den optimalen Verlauf des Diagonalgurtes (f). Die kombinierte Höhen-/Breitenverstellung kann in 11 Positionen erfolgen.

HINWEIS! Die Schulterstütze ist fest mit der Kopfstütze

verbunden und muss nicht separat eingestellt werden. Die Anpassung hat so zu erfolgen, dass zwischen der unteren Kante der Kopfstütze und der Schulter des Kindes noch zwei Fingerbreit

Platz ist.

EINSTELLEN DER KOPFSTÜTZE

• Setzen Sie Ihr Kind in den Kindersitz.

• Ziehen Sie den Verstellgriff (h) nach oben, um die Kopfstütze

zu entriegeln.

• Nun können Sie die Kopfstütze (e) in die gewünschte Position bringen.

• Sobald Sie den Verstellgriff (h) loslassen, rastet die Kopfstütze (e) automatisch ein.

DER RICHTIGE PLATZ IM FAHRZEUG

Der CYBEX Solution Q2-x ist, ohne das ISOFIX CONNECTSystem, auf allen Plätzen mit Dreipunkt - Automatikgurt verwendbar. Wir empfehlen aber generell, den Sitz hinten im Fahrzeug zu installieren. Auf dem Beifahrersitz ist Ihr Kind bei einem Unfall in den meisten Fällen höheren Gefahren ausgesetzt. In Ausnahmefällen kann der Sitz jedoch auch vorne am Beifahrersitz verwendet werden. Beachten Sie dabei die folgenden Punkte:

• Bei Fahrzeugen mit Airbag sollten Sie den Beifahrersitz so weit wie möglich nach hinten schieben. Beachten Sie jedoch, dass der obere Anlenkpunkt des Fahrzeuggurtes hinter der Gurtführung des Kindersitzes bleibt.

• Die Empfehlungen des Fahrzeugherstellers sind unbedingt zu

berücksichtigen.

ADJUSTMENT TO THE CHILD`S HEIGHT REGOLAZIONE IN BASE ALL'ALTEZZA DEL BAMBINO

A headrest can only provide the best protection and comfort for

your child if optimally adjusted. Only then it can guarantee that the diagonal belt (f) is positioned optimally. The height of the headrest and the width of the shoulder wings can be adjusted in

11 possible positions.

NOTE! The shoulder wings of the CYBEX Solution Q2-x are connected with the headrest and do not have to be moved separately. If you can t two ngers between the headrest and the child’s shoulders, the headrest has been adjusted properly.

la massima protezione ed il massimo comfort al vostro bambino

e contemporaneamente garantire la posizione ottimale della cintura diagonale (f). L'altezza del poggiatesta e l'ampiezza delle protezioni per le spalle possono essere regolate in 11 posizioni.

NOTA BENE! Le protezioni per le spalle di CYBEX Solution

Q2-x sono collegate al poggiatesgta e non richiedono una regolazione separata. L'altezza ottimale deve permettere l'inserimento di 2 dita tra la base del poggiatesta e la spalla del

bambino.

ADJUSTING THE HEADREST REGOLAZIONE DEL POGGIATESTA

• Place your child in the child seat.

• Pull the adjustment handle (h) up in order to unlock the

headrest (e).

• Push the headrest (e) into the desired position.

• As soon as you release the adjustment handle (h), the headrest

(e) locks automatically.

• Sistemare il bambino nel seggiolino.

• Sollevare verso l'alto la manuglia di regolazione(h) per

sbloccare il meccanismo del poggiatesta (e).

• Portare il poggiatesta (e) nella posizione desiderata.

THE BEST POSITION IN THE CAR

Without the ISOFIX CONNECT system, the CYBEX Solution

Q2-x can be installed in all vehicles equipped with a three-point automatic retractor belt. We generally recommend that the child seat is installed behind the passengers seat in the rear of the vehicle. In the front, your child is exposed to a higher risk of injury in the event of a collision. In exceptional cases, the child seat may be used on the passenger seat. If so, please note the following:

• In cars equipped with airbags the passenger seat should be pushed as far back as possible. Please ensure that the upper

point of the vehicle seat belt stays behind the belt guide of the

child seat.

• You must follow the vehicle manufacturer’s recommendations.

LA POSIZIONE PIÙ CORRETTA ALL'INTERNO DEL VEICOLO

Usato senza ISOFIX CONNECT system, CYBEX Solution Q2-x

può essere installato in tutti i veicoli dotati di cinture di sicurezza

a tre punti di ancoraggio. In genere consigliamo di installare il seggiolino nel sedile posteriore, dietro il sedile passeggero

anteriore. In caso di incidente, sul sedile anteriore il bambino è

esposto a maggiori rischi. Tuttavia, se necessario, il seggiolino

può essere installato sul sedile anteriore, in questo caso

preghiamo di notare quanto segue:

• Nei veicoli dotati di airbag è necessario arretrare il sedile del passeggero al massimo e quindi vericare che il punto di attacco superiore delle cinture si trovi sempre dietro alla guida superiore del seggiolino.

• E’ indispensabile seguire le raccomandazioni del costruttore del veicolo.

WARNUNG! Der Kindersitz ist nicht für die Verwendung

mit einem 2-Punkt- oder Beckengurt geeignet. Wird der Sitz mit einem 2-Punkt-Gurt gesichert, kann es bei einem Unfall zu schweren oder gar tödlichen Verletzungen des Kindes

kommen.

Für die Befestigung mit den ISOFIX Konnektoren besteht eine semi-universale Genehmigung. Aus diesem Grund darf der Solution Q2-x mit dem ISOFIX-CONNECT System nur in

bestimmten Fahrzeugen eingesetzt werden. Die zugelassenen Fahrzeuge entnehmen Sie bitte der beigelegten Kfz-Typenliste. Eine ständig aktualisierte Typenliste nden Sie auf www.cybex-online.com.

WARNUNG! Der Diagonalgurt (f) muss schräg nach hinten

verlaufen und darf nie vorwärts zum oberen Gurtpunkt in Ihrem Fahrzeug führen. Sollte dies nicht einzustellen sein, z.B. durch Vorschieben des Autositzes oder Verwendung

auf einem anderen Sitzplatz, so ist der Kindersitz für dieses

Fahrzeug nicht geeignet.

Gepäckstücke oder andere Gegenstände im Fahrzeug, welche bei einem Unfall Verletzungen verursachen können, müssen immer gut befestigt werden. Sie können zu tödlichen Geschossen im Fahrzeug werden.

WARNING! You must not use the CYBEX Solution Q2-x

with a two-point belt or a lap belt. If the seat is secured with a two-point belt, the child may sustain serious, or even fatal injuries in the event of an accident.

ATTENZIONE! CYBEX Solution Q2-x non può essere

installato con cintura a due punti di ancoraggio o cintura ventrale. Il seggiolino ssato con questo tipo di cinture non

offre protezione al bambino che in caso di incidente è esposto

a grave pericolo, con rischio di traumi anche fatali.

When installing the CYBEX Solution Q2-x with the ISOFIX

CONNECT system, the child seat falls into the semi-universal

admission category, i.e. it may only be used in certain types of

vehicles. Please refer to the list of approved cars to check your

vehicle’s compatibility. This list is updated regularly, and the latest version can be accessed online at www.cybex-online.com.

WARNING! The seat belt (f) must always run diagonally from

the back and never lead into direction of the front upper seat

belt point. Should you be unable to adjust this, for example, by pushing the seat forward or by installing the seat in the rear

of the car, then the child seat is not suitable for this vehicle.

Luggage or other objects in the vehicle that may cause injury in an accident must always be secured properly. Loose parts may turn into deadly projectiles on impact.

Installato con ISOFIX CONNECT system, CYBEX Solution

Q2-x rientra nella categoria di omologazione "semi-universale", ovvero adatta soltanto a certe categorie di veicoli. Vi pregiamo di controllare l'elenco dei veicoli approvati per vericare la compatibilità con la vostra auto. ATTENZIONE! La cintura di sicurezza (f) deve sempre

scorrere diagonalmente da dietro ed il punto più alto deve trovarsi sempre dietro al seggiolino. Se, per esempio,

arretrando al massimo il sedile anteriore o sistemandolo in altra posizione nell’auto, il punto più alto della cintura non si

trovasse dietro al seggiolino, quest’ultimo non potrà essere

utilizzato in tale veicolo

Bagagli o altri oggetti presenti nell’abitacolo dovranno sempre essere ben ssati e disposti in modo da non costituire pericolo in

caso di incidente. Parti mobili possono trasformarsi in pericolosi proiettili durante un impatto.

WARNUNG! Auf Fahrzeugplätzen, die quer zur Fahrtrichtung

angeordnet sind, ist die Verwendung des Sitzes nicht zulässig. Auf rückwärtsgerichteten Fahrzeugsitzen, wie z.B. in einem Van oder Minibus, ist die Verwendung zulässig, sofern der Fahrzeugsitz für die Beförderung eines Erwachsenen zugelassen ist. Zu Beachten ist, dass die Kopfstütze bei rückwärtsgerichtetem Einbau nicht entfernt werden darf! Der Kindersitz muss auch dann, wenn er nicht benutzt wird, immer mit dem Fahrzeuggurt befestigt sein. Bereits bei einer Notbremsung oder einem geringen Aufprall kann ein unbefestigter Sitz andere Mitfahrer und Sie selbst verletzen.

HINWEIS! Bitte lassen Sie Ihr Kind nie unbeaufsichtigt im Fahrzeug zurück.

BEFESTIGEN DES SITZES MIT ISOFIX CONNECT

Mit dem ISOFIX-CONNECT System können Sie den Kindersitz fest mit dem Fahrzeug verbinden und so die Sicherheit Ihres Kindes erhöhen. Ihr Kind wird weiterhin mit dem 3-Punkt-Gurt Ihres Autos angeschnallt.

with passenger seats that are positioned sideways. In vehicles with backward-facing passenger seats, e.g. in a

van or minibus, the child seat may be used provided the seat is approved to carry an adult. Please ensure that the

head rest is not removed when using the child seat on a backward-facing passenger seat. The child seat must always be secured with the three-point belt even when it is not in use. This is necessary to protect the driver or passengers from being injured by a loose child seat when making an emergency stop or in the event of a collision.

INSTALLATION OF THE CAR SEAT WITH ISOFIX CONNECT INSTALLAZIONE CON SISTEMA ISOFIX CONNECT

The safety of your child will be enhanced using the ISOFIX CONNECT system which rmly connects the child seat to the vehicle. Your child will still be buckled in using the car’s three-

point belt.

NOTE! The car’s ISOFIX anchorage points (i) consist of two metal rings per seat, located between the backrest and the seat

cushion of your vehicle seat. If in doubt please refer to your

vehicle owner’s manual. If the ISOFIX anchorage points (i) in your vehicle are difcult to access, the upholstery in your car can be protected by permanently attaching the supplied ISOFIX guides (u) to the two ISOFIX anchorage points (i). In some vehicles it is better to t the ISOFIX guides (u) in the opposite direction. To ensure that the CYBEX Solution Q2-x is installed safely and in accordance with the instructions, please note the following:

La sicurezza del vostro bambino sarà superiore grazie al sistema ISOFIX CONNECT che ssa saldamente il seggiolino al veicolo. Il bambino è comunque allacciato al seggiolino con la cintura di

sicurezza a 3 punti della vettura.

NOTA BENE! I punti di ancoraggio ISOFIX (i) sono rappresentati

da due anelli metallici posti tra lo schienale e la seduta del sedile della vettura. In caso di dubbi fare riferimento al manuale

• Betätigen Sie die Einstelltaste (v) an der Unterseite des Kindersitzes.

• Ziehen Sie die ISOFIX Konnektoren (w) bis zum Endanschlag heraus.

• Drehen Sie die Konnektoren um 180°, damit sie in Richtung der

CLICK!

• Schieben Sie die beiden ISOFIX Konnektoren (w) in die Einführhilfen (u) bis diese mit einem hörbaren „KLICK“ an den ISOFIX Befestigungspunkten (i) einrasten.

• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Kindersitz gut hält, indem Sie versuchen ihn herauszuziehen.

• Der grüne Sicherheitsindikator (x) muss an den beiden roten

Entriegelungstasten (y) gut sichtbar sein.

• Mit der Einstelltaste (v) an der Unterseite des Kindersitzes können Sie nun die Position des Sitzes einstellen.

HINWEIS! Beachten Sie dazu den Abschnitt „DEN SITZ INS

FAHRZEUG STELLEN”.

• Jetzt können Sie Ihr Kind anschnallen, siehe „ANSCHNALLEN DES KINDES“

• For adjustment pull handle (v), located on the bottom of the seat.

• Pull the ISOFIX connectors (w) out as far as possible.

• Rotate the connectors 180° until they point towards the ISOFIX

guides (u).

WARNING! Please ensure that the two green safety

indicators (x) of the connectors are not visible. If necessary, release the ISOFIX connectors by pushing and pulling back the red release button (y). Repeat this procedure with the

other connector.

• Push both of the ISOFIX connectors (w) into the ISOFIX guides

(u) until you hear them click into the ISOFIX anchorage points (i).

• Ensure that the child seat is connected safely by trying to pull it out.

• The green safety indicators (x) must then be clearly visible on

both of the red release buttons (y).

• You can now adjust the position of the seat using the handle (v) located on the bottom of the child seat

• You can now buckle up the child. Please refer to “FASTENING

ATTENZIONE! Vericate che i due indicatori di sicurezza

nicht nur den Fahrzeugsitz sondern schützen auch die Isox Rastarme vor Verunreinigungen und Beschädigungen.

• Stellen Sie den Kindersitz auf den entsprechenden

Fahrzeugsitz im Auto.

• Achten Sie unbedingt darauf, dass die Rückenlehne (a) des Kindersitzes ächig an der Rückenlehne des Autositzes anliegt, so dass sich der Kindersitz auf keinen Fall in einer Liegeposition benden kann.

• Bei Benutzung der ISOFIX Befestigungspunkte (i) im Fahrzeug, achten Sie darauf, dass die Rückenlehne des CYBEX Solution

Q2-x vollächig an der Rückenlehne des Fahrzeugs auiegt. Sie können diesen Abstand mit der Einstelltaste (v) an der

Unterseite des Kindersitzes einstellen.

• Sollte die Kopfstütze des Fahrzeugsitzes störend sein, ziehen

Sie diese ganz heraus, drehen Sie sie um oder nehmen Sie sie ganz ab (Ausnahme siehe Abschnitt „DER RICHTIGE PLATZ IM FAHRZEUG“). Die Rückenlehne (a) passt sich stufenlos fast jeder Neigung des Fahrzeugsitzes an.

vehicle’s upholstery is protected but also that the ISOFIX

connectors are neither stained nor damaged. Damage and

stains could obstruct smooth operation.

PLACING THE CHILD SEAT IN THE CAR

• Place the child safety seat on the appropriate seat in the car.

• Please ensure that the backrest (a) of the child safety seat rests

at against the backrest of the car seat so that the child seat is under no circumstances in a lying position.

• When using the ISOFIX anchorage points (i) in the car, please ensure that the backrest of the CYBEX Solution Q2-x is perfectly aligned and in full contact with the back of the car seat.

The position can be adjusted using the handle (v) located on

the bottom of the child seat.

• Should the headrest of the vehicle seat interfere, please pull it

out completely, turn it around or take it off entirely (exceptional case, refer to the section “THE BEST POSITION IN THE CAR”).

The backrest (a) optimally adjusts to almost any inclination of

the car seat.

NOTA BENE! Questo procedimento aiuta a proteggere sia

il rivestimento dei sedili che i connettori ISOFIX da eventuali

danneggiamenti e dallo sporco. Danni o sporco possono comprometterne il regolare funzionamento.

POSIZIONAMENTO DEL SEGGIOLINO NELLA VETTURA

• Collocare il seggiolino sul sedile della vettura.

• Vericare che lo schienale del seggiolino (a) appoggi perfettamente allo schienale del sedile dell'auto e non sia in posizione reclinata.

• Nell'utilizzare gli ancoraggi ISOFIX (i) della vettura,

vericare che lo schienale di CYBEX Solution Q2-x si trovi perfettamente allineato e correttamente appoggiato al sedile della vettura. Con la maniglia (v), posta sotto la seduta è quindi possibile regolare la posizione del seggiolino.

• Se il poggiatesta del sedile interferisce con il posizionamento del seggiolino, ruotarlo o rimuoverlo completamente (eccezione,

vedere il capitolo “LA POSIZIONE MIGLIORE NELLA

VETTURA”). Lo schienale (a) del seggioliono si adatta a

qualsiasi inclinazione dei sedili dell'auto.

ANSCHNALLEN DES KINDES

Setzen Sie Ihr Kind in den Kindersitz. Ziehen Sie den Dreipunkt-

Automatikgurt weit heraus und führen Sie diesen vor Ihrem Kind entlang zum Gurtschloss (l).

WARNUNG! Gurt auf keinen Fall verdrehen.

Stecken Sie die Gurtzunge (m) ins Gurtschloss (l). Dieses muss hörbar einrasten.Legen Sie den Beckengurt (n) in die unteren Gurtführungen (k) des Kindersitzes ein. Um den Beckengurt (n) zu straffen, ziehen Sie kräftig am Diagonalgurt (f). Je enger der Gurt anliegt, desto besser kann er vor Verletzungen schützen. Auf der Seite des Gurtschlosses müssen Diagonalgurt (f) und Beckengurt (n) zusammen in die untere Gurtführung (k) eingelegt

sein.

WARNUNG! Das Fahrzeuggurtschloss (l) darf keinesfalls in

die untere Gurtführung (k) hineinreichen. Ist die Gurtpeitsche zu lang, ist der Sitz nicht für dieses Fahrzeug geeignet.

WARNING! The backrest of the CYBEX Solution Q2-x

should rest at against the upright part of the car seat. To

provide the best possible protection for your child, the seat

should be in a normal upright position!

NOTE! It is possible that some car seats that are made of soft

material (e.g. velours, leather, etc.) may show signs of usage and/ or discolouration. In order to avoid this, you could, for example, place a cover or towel underneath it. In this context, we would also like to refer to you to our cleaning instructions, which must absolutely be followed before the rst use of the seat.

appoggiare perfettamente allo schienale del sedile. Per la

FASTENING YOUR CHILD’S SEATBELT ALLACCIARE IL BAMBINO CON LA CINTURA

Put your child in the child seat. Pull out the three-point belt and

pass it in front of your child to the belt buckle (l).

WARNING! Never twist the belt!

Accomodare il bambino nel seggiolino. Tirare la cintura di sicurezza a tre punti e farla passare davanti al bambino, no alla bbia di ancoraggio (l).

ATTENZIONE! Non attorcigliare MAI la cintura!

Push the belt tongue (m) into the belt buckle (l). If you hear a clicking sound it is securely locked. Put the lap section of the belt (n) into the bottom belt guides (k) of the child seat. Now pull the lap belt (n) tight by pulling the diagonal belt (f) until there is no slack. The tighter the belt, the greater the protection against injury. On the side of the belt buckle both the diagonal belt (f) and the lap belt (n) should be inserted into the bottom belt guide together.

WARNING! The belt buckle (l) of the car seat must under no

circumstances extend into the bottom belt guide (k). If the belt strap is too long, the child seat is not suitable for this vehicle.

Inserire la guida della cintura (m) nella bbia di ancoraggio (l). L'aggancio corretto è segnalato da un sonoro "click". Sistemare la parte ventrale della cintura (n) nelle guide inferiori (k) del seggiolino. Quindi regolare la tensione del tratto ventrale della cintura (n) tirando la parte diagonale (f) in modo da eliminare qualsiasi lasco. Più è tesa la cintura, maggiore è la protezione offerta. ATTENZIONE! La bbia di aggancio della cintura di

sicurezza dell'auto (l) non deve in alcun caso arrivare all'altezza delle guide inferiori del seggiolino (k). Se il dispositivo di aggancio è troppo lungo, il seggiolino non è

adatto a questo tipo di vettura.

Nun führen Sie den Diagonalgurt (f) durch die obere rote Gurtführung (g) in der Schulterstütze (e), bis er sich innerhalb der Gurtführung bendet. Der Diagonalgurt (f) gleitet automatisch über den Gurtführungshaken (p) und wird somit stets in korrekter Position gehalten. Achten Sie bitte darauf, dass der Diagonalgurt (f) zwischen Schulteraußenkante und Hals Ihres Kindes verläuft. Falls erforderlich, passen Sie durch Verstellen der Kopfstützenhöhe den Gurtverlauf an. Die Höhe der Kopfstütze kann auch noch im Auto eingestellt werden. Um den Diagonalgurt (f) einfach aus der oberen Gurtführung (g) zu entfernen, drücken Sie den roten Gurtführungshaken (p) nach unten.

The lap section of the belt (n) should be placed in the bottom belt guides (k) on both sides of the seat (d).

NOTE! Teach your child from the beginning to be aware of the need for a tight seat belt and encourage him/her to pull the belt tight if necessary.

WARNING! The lap belt must run as close as possible to

the line across the top of your child`s legs in order to offer maximum protection in the event of a collision.

Now run the diagonal belt (f) through the upper red belt guide (g) in the shoulder rest (e) until it is inside the belt guide. The diagonal belt (f) automatically slides over the belt guide hook (p) meaning that it is always held in the correct position. Please ensure that the diagonal belt (f) runs between the outer edge of the shoulder and your child`s neck. If necessary, adjust the line of the belt by adjusting the height of the headrest. The height of the headrest can still be adjusted in the car. To remove the diagonal belt (f) from the upper belt guide (g), press down the red belt guide hook (p).

La parte ventrale della cintura (n) deve essere inserita nelle apposite guide (k) su ambo i lati della seduta (d).

NOTA BENE! Insegnate da subito al vostro bambino di prestare attenzione alla regolazione della cintura, che dovrà essere sempre ben tesa. Insegnategli a stringerla da solo se necessario.

ATTENZIONE! La cintura ventrale deve passare all'interno

delle guide da ambo i lati e scorrere il più vicino possibile alla parte superiore delle gambe per garantire la massima

protezione in caso di incidente.

A questo punto inserire la cintura di sicurezza diagonale (f) nello spazio tra poggiatesta e protezione delle spalle (e) e all'interno della guida superiore della cintura di colore rosso (g). Vericare che la cintura diagonale (f) sia ben inserita e bloccata dal gancio (p) che la mantiene nella corretta posizione. La cintura diagonale (f) deve scorrere tra il collo del bambino ed il lato esterno della spalla. Se necessario, modicare la posizione regolando l'altezza del poggiatesta. L`altezza del poggiatesta può essere regolata anche quando il seggiolino è già ssato nell'auto. Per togliere la cintura diagonale (f) dalla guida superiore (g), abbassare il gancio (p).

• die Rückenlehne (a) des Kindersitzes ächig an der Rückenlehne des Autositzes anliegt, so dass sich der Kindersitz auf keinen Fall in einer Liegeposition benden kann.

NEIGUNGSVERSTELLBARE KOPFSTÜTZE

Der CYBEX Solution Q2-x hat eine neigungsverstellbare

Kopfstütze (r), die hilft, dass der Kopf Ihres Kindes beim Einschlafen nicht so leicht nach vorne fällt. Außerdem trägt diese

verstellbare Kopfstütze zum Komfort für Ihr Kind bei Autofahrten bei.

HINWEIS! Achten Sie bitte darauf, dass der Kopf des Kindes

immer in Kontakt mit der neigungsverstellbaren Kopfstütze

bleibt, da die Kopfstütze nur so ihre optimierte SeitenaufprallSchutzfunktion erfüllen kann. Durch leichtes Anheben der

Kopfstütze kann die Neigung der Kopfstütze (r) in drei verschiedene Positionen verstellt werden.

WARNUNG! Auf keinen Fall darf die Einrastvorrichtung

(t) mit Gegenständen blockiert werden. Im Falle eines Unfalls muss die Leichtgängigkeit der Neigungsverstellung gewährleistet sein, da es sonst eventuell zu Verletzungen

In order to guarantee maximum safety for your child, please make some simple checks before making your journey. Ensure that:

• the lap belt (n) runs within the bottom belt guides (k) on both sides of the seat;

• the diagonal belt (f) also runs in the bottom belt guide (k) of the seat on the side of the belt buckle;

• the diagonal belt (f) runs through the upper belt guide (g) of the shoulder rest and runs diagonally to the back;

• the entire belt is snugly fastened and not twisted;

• the seat is locked in place on both sides with the ISOFIX

RECLINING HEADREST POGGIATESTA RECLINABILE

The CYBEX Solution Q2-x has a reclining headrest (r) preventing your child`s head from falling forward when your child is sleeping. Furthermore, this adjustable headrest also makes your child more comfortable whilst in the car.

NOTE! Please ensure that the child`s head always remains in contact with the reclining headrest in order to ensure that the headrest`s side-crash protection function works properly.

There are three possible positions for the headrest. These can

be achieved by slightly lifting the headrest (r) and adjusting its

inclination.

WARNING! The locking device (t) must never be blocked by

CYBEX Solution Q2-x è dotato di poggiatesta reclinabile (r) che

impedisce alla testa del bambino di cadere in avanti quando si

HINWEIS! Bitte den Bezug vor der ersten Verwendung waschen. Der Bezug darf bei 30°C im Schonwaschgang gewaschen werden. Sollten Sie mit mehr als 30°C waschen, kann es zu Ausfärbungen kommen. • The child seat must be examined by the manufacturer after being dropped or any similar event.

Per garantire i massimi standard di sicurezza del seggiolino è necessario prendere nota dei seguenti accorgimenti:

• Tutte le parti principali del seggiolino di sicurezza devono essere sottoposte ad un regolare controllo per vericare

eventuali danni. Le parti meccaniche devono funzionare correttamente.

• E' essenziale che il seggiolino non venga danneggiato a causa di uno schiacciamento tra il sedile dell'auto e la portiera o altri ostacoli solidi.

NOTE! Please wash the cover before you use it for the rst time. Seat covers are machine washable at max. 30°C on a delicate cycle. If you wash it at higher temperature, the cover fabric may lose colour. Please wash the cover separately and never dry it mechanically! Do not dry the cover in direct sunlight! You can clean the plastic parts with a mild detergent and warm water.

Il rivestimento è una parte importante per il funzionamento del

seggiolino ed è indispensabile utilizzare soltanto rivestimenti CYBEX Solution Q2-x originali. Rivestimenti di ricambio originali

sono disponibili presso i rivenditori autorizzati.

NOTA BENE! E‘ consigliato un lavaggio prima del primo utilizzo. I rivestimenti sono lavabili in lavatrice, con ciclo delicato, max 30°.

L'uso di temperature più elevate può scolorire i tessuti. Lavare

separatamente e non asciugare mai a macchina. Non asciugare

alla luce diretta del sole. Le parti in plastica possono essere pulite

con acqua tiepida e detergente neutro.

ENTFERNEN DES BEZUGES

Der Bezug besteht aus fünf Teilen, die entweder mit Klettband, Druckknöpfen oder elastischen Bändern am Kindersitz befestigt sind. Sobald Sie alle Befestigungen lösen, können die Einzelteile abgenommen werden. Zum Abziehen der Einzelteile des Bezuges führen Sie folgende Schritte durch:

• Lösen Sie die Druckknöpfe an der Unterseite des Bezugs für die verstellbare Kopfstütze. Danach können Sie den Bezug

nach oben hin abziehen.

• Betätigen Sie den Verstellgriff für die Kopfstütze und stellen Sie

diese in die höchste Position.

• Öffnen und Lösen Sie auf der Rückseite des Kopfstützenbezuges sämtliche Drückknopfe. Danach ziehen sie den Bezug

nach vorne ab

• Ziehen Sie am linken und rechten Seitenteil der Schulterstütze

den Bezug herab. Folglich lösen Sie auf der Innenseite der Schulterügel die Druckknöpfe um den Bezug gänzlich entfernen zu können

• Bevor Sie den Lehnenbezug vom Sitz entnehmen können, lösen Sie die zugehörigen Befestigungen auf der Rückseite

• Abschließend fädeln Sie auf der Unterseite der Sitzäche die elastischen Gummibänder heraus und ziehen den Sitzkissenbezug nach vorne hin ab.

HINWEIS! Achten Sie vor dem Abziehen aller Einzelteile des

Bezuges darauf, dass dieser bereits oberhalb der silbernen

Dekorteile liegt. Um den Bezug wieder zu befestigen, verfahren Sie in umgekehrter Reihenfolge. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die rote Gurtführung (q) immer sichtbar oberhalb des Bezuges anliegt.

VERHALTEN NACH EINEM UNFALL

Sollten Sie einen Unfall gehabt haben, können am Kindersitz Beschädigungen auftreten, welche nicht unbedingt offensichtlich erkennbar sind. In diesem Fall muss der Kindersitz unbedingt vom Hersteller geprüft und gegebenenfalls ausgetauscht werden.

REMOVING THE SEAT COVER TOGLIERE IL RIVESTIMENTO

The seat cover consists of ve parts which are xed to the seat with velcro, press studs or button holes. Once you have released

the fasteners, the cover parts can be removed. To remove the

covers, please follow the instructions below:

• Undo the press studs on the lower side of the cover for the adjustable headrest. Then you can remove the cover upwards.

• Activate the adjustment handle for the headrest and move this to its highest position.

• Open and loosen all the press buttons on the rear side of the

headrest. Then pull the cover off forwards.

• Pull down the cover on the left and right side panel of the shoulder rest. Then undo the press studs on the interior of the

shoulder wings in order to be able to entirely remove the cover

• Before you can remove the backrest cover from the seat, undo

the associated fastenings its rear side.

• Then thread the elastic bands out on the under side of the seat

area, and withdraw the seat cushion cover forwards.

NOTE! Before removing the separate parts of the seat cover,

please ensure that the cover is already positioned above the decorative silver parts. To put the covers back on the seat, proceed as above in reverse order.

Make sure that the red belt guide (q) always rests visible above

the seat cover.

Il rivestimento è costituito da cinque parti ssate al seggiolino

tramite strisce di velcro, bottoni a pressione o bottoni ad

asola. Una volta sganciati tutti i punti di ssaggio, le parti del rivestimento possono essere rimosse. Procedere come segue:

• Sganciare i bottoni a pressione nella parte inferiore del poggiatesta regolabile e rimuovere il rivestimento tirando verso

l'alto.

• Con la maniglia di regolazione dell'altezza attivata, sollevare al massimo lo schienale.

• Sganciare tutti i bottoni a pressione nella parte posteriore del

poggiatesta. E rimuovere il tessuto tirando in avanti.

• Staccare il rivestimento dai pannelli laterali delle protezioni per le spalle. Quindi staccare i bottoni a pressione nella parte interna delle protezioni per le spalle per consentire la rimozione completa del rivestimento.

• Per staccare il rivestimento dello schienale è necessario slacciare tutte le connessioni nella parte posteriore.

• Slare quindi le fasce elastiche nella parte inferiore dell'area seduta e tirare in avanti il rivestimento del cuscino seduta.

NOTA BENE! Prima di rimuovere le parti del rivestimento,

assicuratevi che il tessuto sia già sollevato dai bordi delle parti decorative colore argento. Per rimettere il rivestimento sul seggiolino vi preghiamo di seguire il procedimento sopra descritto

nell'ordine inverso.

Assiocuratevi che la guida cintura di colore rosso (q) sia sempre

ben visibile sopra il tessuto di rivestimento.

In caso di incidente il seggiolino potrebbe subire danni non immediatamente visibili. In tal caso il seggiolino dovrà

assolutamente essere inviato al produttore per un controllo e, se necessario, sostituito.

Der Kindersitz ist so ausgelegt, dass er für die gesamte maximale Verwendungszeit von ca. 9 Jahren seine Eigenschaften erfüllt. Da jedoch in Fahrzeugen sehr große Temperaturschwankungen und unvorhersehbare Belastungen auftreten können, ist es notwendig, folgende Punkte zu beachten.

• Wenn das Fahrzeug längere Zeit der prallen Sonne ausgesetzt ist, muss der Kindersitz aus dem Fahrzeug entfernt oder mit einem hellen Tuch abgedeckt werden.

• Prüfen Sie regelmäßig alle Kunststoff- und Metallteile des Sitzes auf Beschädigung oder Veränderung von Form oder Farbe. Stellen Sie eine Veränderung fest, ist der Kindersitz unbedingt zu entsorgen oder er muss vom Hersteller geprüft und gegebenenfalls ausgetauscht werden.

• Veränderungen des Stoffes insbesondere das Ausbleichen sind nach jahrelanger Verwendung in einem Fahrzeug normal und stellen keine Beeinträchtigung dar.

ENTSORGUNG

Am Ende der Produktlebensdauer des Kindersitzes ist eine

sachgemäße Entsorgung vorzunehmen. Die Abfallentsorgung kann kommunal unterschiedlich sein. Um eine vorschriftsmäßige Entsorgung des Kindersitzes zu gewährleisten, setzen Sie sich mit Ihrer kommunalen Abfallentsorgung bzw. Verwaltung Ihres Wohnortes in Verbindung. Beachten Sie auf jeden Fall die Entsorgungsbestimmungen Ihres Landes.
