LIMITED WARRANTY

HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. warrants all Coats Computer Wheel Balancer products described below to be fit for normal use and free from defects in materials and workmanship when these products
leave the control of HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC.

The WARRANTY PERIOD for each product follows:

(1) 2 years on motor and main processor printed circuit board.
(2) 3 years on motor and main processor printed circuit board.
(3) 3 years on motor, inverter, piezos, and printed circuit boards. 1 year on Touch Panel / Display and all other parts. Effective on machines placed in service after January 01, 2011.
(4) 10 years on direct drive motor (pro-rated after 5 years) Customer pays 50% after 5th year, 80% after 8th year, 3 years on inverter, piezos, and printed circuit boards.
1 year on Touch Panel / Display and all other parts. Effective on machines placed in service after May 01, 2014.
(5) For 1 year end-user pays freight to Authorized Service Center, Hennessy pays return freight to end user.
(6) 90 days on all Balancer Wheel Lifts.

This warranty shall not apply to regular maintenance required in the ordinary use of the products specified above including periodic machine calibration, and the replacement of items or supplies ordinarily
used up, consumed or worn out during normal use.

All warranties shall commence on the date of delivery to the first retail buyer or date of first use, whichever is earlier. Warranty applies only to defects in materials and workmanship discovered and
reported to HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. within the warranty period specified above.

THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY for any breach of this warranty shall be the repair or replacement, at the option of HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC., of any defective part or parts, free of charge including labor
per the above schedule, by the designated HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. Authorized Service Center. This warranty shall not apply when failure is caused by the purchaser’s misuse, abuse, neglect or
by unauthorized alterations or repairs. HENNESSY INDUSTRIES INC. will not be responsible for loss of business or wages due to a product failure during the warranty period. This warranty extends only
to the original using purchaser and is not assignable or transferable either voluntarily or by operation of law. This warranty applies only to equipment sold and used in Canada and the United States
(excluding U.S. possessions such as Guam and Puerto Rico). For equipment sold and/or used outside of Canada or the United States of America, no warranty is made or implied, except the warranty
available by and through HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC.’s authorized importer/distributor in the country in which the equipment is used.
HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. reserves the right to make changes in design and/or improvements to its products without any obligation to include these changes in any products previously
manufactured.

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OF ANY PURPOSE AND OF ANY OTHER OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF THE SELLER. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL

HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.
HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY PERSON TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY OTHER THAN AS HEREIN EXPRESSLY STATED.
