How to read the second hand
This watch shows seconds by using the semicircular scale. The semicircle has the inner and outer scales and you read where the longer or shorter end of the second hand points.
Long end of the second hand Short end of the second hand
It indicates 15 ‒ 45 seconds of the outer scale.
It indicates 45 ‒ 15 seconds of the inner scale.

Setting the date hand
• Do not adjust the date hand while the watch shows 9:00 PM ‒ 1:00 AM. Otherwise, the date hand may move incorrectly thereafter.
• Date hand adjustment is required on the first days of March, May, July, October and December.
Pull the crown out to position 1.

Using the chronograph
• Measuring up to 12 hours in 1/5 second increments.
• The hour, minute and second hands move normally during chronograph measurement.

• Reset the chronograph hands if they do not point the 12 o'clock position before starting measurement.
• Press the button securely until it clicks when starting measurement.
