This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
-staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
-farm houses;
-by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
-bed and breakfast type environments. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision. For EN60335-1 This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children )with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge ,unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. For IEC60335-1 This appliance is for indoor use only, for household use only. To protect against the risk of electrical shock, do not immerse the unit, cord or plug in water or other liquid. Please unplug before cleaning and maintenance the appliance . Use a soft cloth moisten with mild soap, and then use a dry cloth to wipe it again.

This appliance must be earthed. In the event of a malfunction or breakdown, earthing will reduce the risk of anelectric shock by providing a path of least resistance of electric current. This appliance is equipped with a cord having an equipment-earthing conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is installed and earthed in accordance with all local codes and ordinances. Improper connection of the equipment-earthing conductor can result in the risk of an electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or service representative if you are in doubt whether the appliance is properly grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with the appliance; If it does not fit the outlet. Have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician. Do not abuse, sit on, or stand on the door or dish rack of the dishwasher. Do not operate your dishwasher unless all enclosure
panels are properly in place. Open the door very carefully if the dishwasher is operating, there is a risk of water squirting out. Do not place any heavy objects on or stand on the door when it is open. The appliance could tip forward. When loading items to be washed:
1) Locate sharp items so that they are not likely to damage the door seal;

2) Warning: Knives and other utensils with sharp points must be loaded in the basket with their points down or placed in a horizontal position. Check that the detergent powder is empty after completion of the wash cycle. Do not wash plastic items unless they are marked dishwasher safe or the equivalent. For plastic items n
ot so marked,
check the manufacturer's recommendations. Use only detergent and rinse additives designed for an automatic dishwasher. Never use soap, laundry detergent, or hand washing detergent in your dishwasher. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. The door should not be left open, since this could increase the risk of tripping. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard. During installation, the power supply must not be excessively or dangerously bent or flattened. Do not tamper with controls. The appliance is to be connected to the water mains using new hose sets and that old hose-sets should not be reused. The maximum number of place settings to be washed is 9. The maximum permissible inlet water pressure is 1MPa. The minimum permissible inlet water pressure is 0.04MPa.

Dispose of the dishwasher packaging material correctly. All packaging materials can be recycled. Plastic parts are marked with the standard international abbreviations: PE for polyethylene, e.g. sheet wrapping material PS for polystyrene, e.g. padding material POM polyoxymethylene, e.g. plastic clips PP polypropylene, e.g. Salt filler ABS Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, e.g. Control Panel .
Packaging material could be dangerous for children! For disposing of package and the appliance please go to a recycling centre. Therefore cut off the power supply cable and make the door closing device unusable. Cardboard packaging is manufactured from recycled paper and should be disposed in the waste paper collection for recycling. By ensuring this product is disposed of correctly, you will help prevent potential negative consequences for the environment and human health, which could otherwise be caused by inappropriate waste handling of this product. For more detailed information about recycling of this product, please contact your local city office and your household waste disposal service. DISPOSAL: Do not dispose this product as unsorted municipal waste. Collection of such waste separately for special treatment is necessary.

Turn on the water tap and press the Start/Reset button. The dishwasher will start working
after about 10 seconds.
Running the dishwasher
Switch off the appliance
Turn off the water tap, unload the baskets
Fill the detergent dispenser
Warning: wait a few minutes (about 15 minutes) before unloading the dishwasher to avoid handling the dishes and utensils while they are still hot and more susceptible to break. They will also dry better.Unload the appliance, starting from the lower basket.
Changing the programme
Add forgotten dishes in the dishwasher.
Scrape off any large amount of leftover food. Soften remnants of burnt food in pans, then load the baskets. Refer to the dishwasher loading instructions.
When the working cycle has finished, the buzzer of the dishwasher will sound 8 times, then stop. Turn off the appliance using the ON/OFF button.
If the appliance is switched off during a wash cycle.
Open t he d oo r ca re fully. Hot st eam ma y es cape when t he d oo r is op ened!
If the appliance is switched off during a wash cycle, when switched on again, please re-select the washing cycle and operate the dishwasher according to the original Power-on state ).
Switch on the appliance Press the On/Off button to switch on the appliance, Open the door.
1.Press the Start/Reset button to stop the washing.
2.After the spray arms stop working, you can open the door completely.
3.Add the forgotten dishes.
4.Close the door ,and press the Start/Reset button, the dishwasher will start running again after 10 seconds.

1. A running cycle can only be modified if it has been running for a short time. Otherwise the detergent may have already been released and the water already drained. If this is the case, the detergent dispenser must be refilled.
2. , then press the Start/Reset Button more than 3 seconds to cancel the current program.
3. Select a new program.
4. Restart the dishwasher.

The water softener mu st be set ma nu al ly, us in g t he water hardness dial. The water softener is designed to remove minerals and sa lts from the water, w hi ch would ha ve a detrimental or adverse effect on the op er at io n o f t he appliance. Th e h ig he r the content of these mi ne ra ls and sa lts, the harder your water is. The so ftener should be adjusted ac cord ing t o t he hardness of the wa te r in your area. Your loca l Wat er A ut ho ri ty can advise you on th e hardness of the wa te r i n y ou r area.
Adjusting Salt Consumption
The dishwasher is designed to allow fo r a dj us tmen t in the amount of sa lt consumed based on the ha rdne ss of the water us ed. Thi s is intended to optimise and cu st om is e t he level o f salt consumption.
1. Unscrew th e c ap from the sa lt container.
2. There is a ring on the c ontainer with an arrow on it (see figure on the side), if ne ce ssar y, rotate the ri ng in the an ti cl oc kw ise direction from the "- " S et ti ng toward the "+" sign, based on the hardness of th e water being used . It is recomm ended t ha t a dj us tm en ts should be made in accordance with the fo ll ow in g s ch em e:
WATER SOF TE NE R The hardnes s o f t he water varies fr om place to place. If hard water is used in the di sh wa sh er, deposits will form on the di shes and ut ensils. The applian ce is equipped with a sp ec ia l s of tener tha t u se s a salt containe r s pe ci fi ca ll y d es ig ne d t o eliminate lime and mi ne rals from the water.

1. Th e salt container must only be refilled w hen the salt warning li ght i n the control panel comes on. Depending on how well the salt di ssol ves, the sa lt warning li ght m ay stil l be on even though the salt cont aine r i s f il le d. If there i s n o s alt w ar ning light in the c on tr ol panel (for some Models),yo u can estimate when to fill the salt into the so ft ener by the cycles th at the di sh wash er has run.
2. If there ar e s pills o f t he salt, a soak or a ra pi d p ro gr am should be run to remo ve th e e xces sive salt.
Always use t he sal t intended f or us e w it h d is hw as he r. The sal t c ontainer is lo cated beneath the lo wer baske t and should be f ille d as e xplained in the follow ing:

On ly us e salt sp ecifical ly desi gned for th e use in dishwashers! Every other type of sa lt not s pecifica lly designed fo r t he use in a dish wash er, especially table salt, wil l da ma ge the wa te r softener. In case of damages caused by the us e o f uns uitabl e sa lt th e m anufactu rer d oes not give any warr anty nor is liab le for a ny damages caused .
On ly fill with salt jus t before starting one of the comp le te washing programs . Th is wi ll preven t any gra ins of s alt or salty wa ter, w hich may have been sp illed, re main in g on t he bottom of the machine for an y p erio d of time , whi ch ma y c ause co rr osio n.
Th e rinse ai d is re leased during the fina l r in se to preven t w at er from forming dr op lets on your dish es, w hich can le ave spots an d streaks. I t al so improves dr ying by al lowi ng wa ter t o r oll o ff the d ishes. Your dishwasher is de signed to use liqu id rinse aids. The ri nse a id dispenser is located insi de th e door ne xt to the de te rg ent d ispe ns er. To fill th e dispenser, open the cap a nd pour the ri nse a id in to the dispenser until th e level indicator t urns com pletel y bl ack. The vol um e of t he ri nse aid container is about 110ml.

Only use branded rinse aid f or dishwasher. Never fi ll th e rinse aid dispense r w it h a ny other su bs tanc es
(e.g. Dishwasher cleaning agent, li quid detergen t) . Thi s would damage the ap pliance.

To open the dispens er, turn th e c ap to the "open" (left) arro w an d lift it out. Po ur the ri ns e a id into the di spense r, being careful n ot to overfill . Repl ac e t he ca p by i ns er ting it aligne d with "open" arrow and tur ning it to the clos ed (rig ht) arrow.
Adjusting Rinse Aid Dispenser
The r inse ai d dispenser has si x o r f ou r s et ti ng s. Alw ay s s tart with the d is pens er set on "4". If spots and poor dr ying are a pr ob lem, increase the amount of rins e ai d dispensed by removing the di spense r l id and rotating the dial to "5". If the di shes still a re not dr yi ng prop erly or are sh ow spot s, adju st th e di al to the n ex t hi gher lever until your dishes are sp ot -f re e. Th e recommended sett ing is "4 ". (Factory va lue is "4". )
Increase th e d os e i f t here are dr op s o f w ater or lime spots on the d is hes a ft er washing. Reduce it if there ar e s ti ck y w hiti sh stains o n your dishes or a bl ui sh fi lm on glassware o r knife blades.

When to Refill the Rinse Aid Dispenser
If ther e i s n o rinse-aid warning li ght in the control p anel, y ou can es tima te the amount from the colour of the optical level in di cator C located next to the cap. When the ri ns e- ai d c on ta in er is full, the whole indicator will be dark .As th e r in se-aid di mi nish es , the size of the da rk dot de cr ease s. You should never l et the rinse ai d l ev el fall 1 / 4 full.

Detergents with its chemic al in gr ed ients a re necessary to remove di rt, crus h d irt and tr an sp or t it out of the d ishwas he r. Most of th e c om me rc ial q ua li ty detergents ar e s uita bl e for this purpose.

Proper Us e o f Detergent Use only detergent sp ec if ic al ly made for the u se in dishwasher s. Keep your detergent fr es h a nd dry. Don't put powdered de te rg en t i nt o the dispenser until you're ready to wash dishes.
Based on their chem ic al composition, detergents can be spli t in tw o b asic types:
Detergent tablets of diff er en t brands di ss ol ve at differ en t s pe ed s. For this reason some detergent tablets cann ot dissolve and de velop t heir full cleani ng power du ri ng short programs. Therefore please us e long prog ra ms when using de te rg ent tablets, to ensure the c om pl et e r em ov al of detergent re si duals.
The dispenser mu st be refilled before the start of e ach was h cycle fo ll ow in g t he instructions provided in th e wash cycl e t ab le . Your dishwasher uses less detergen t and rinse ai d than Conventional di sh wa sh er. Generally, only on e t ab le sp oo n o f d et er gent is needed for a normal wash load. More heavily so il ed items ne ed more detergent. A lw ay s a dd the detergent just before starting the di sh wash er, otherwis e it could get damp and wi ll not dissolve properly.

Normally new pulverised de te rgen t i s witho ut phosphat e. Thus the water softener function of phosphate is not gi ve n. In this case we recommend to fill salt in the salt container ev en when
the hardness of water is only 6 dH. If detergents without phosphate are us ed in the ca se of hard water often white spot s appear on dishes and gl asse s. In this case please add mo re detergent to reach better resu lt s. Dete rg en ts without chlorine do only blea ch a little. Strong and co lo ur ed spo ts will not be removed c ompl et el y. In this case please choose a pr og ra m w it h a higher temperature.

Load large items which are m os t d ifficult to clean in to the lo wer b as ket. The upper bask et is designed to hold more delicate and lighter dishware such as glasses, coff ee and t ea cups Long bladed knives stored in an upright po si ti on are a poten ti al hazard! Long and/or shar p items of cutlery su ch as carving kniv es must be positi oned horizo nt ally in the up pe r basket. Please do not overload your dishwasher. Thi s i s i mp orta nt for go od results an d for reason able co ns umpt io n of en er gy.
Load hollow items su ch as cups, gl as se s, pans etc. With the opening facing downwards so that water cannot collect in the co nt ai ne r o r a deep base.
Consider bu yi ng utensils which are identified as dishwasher-proof. Use a mi ld detergent th at is described as 'kind to dish es'. If necessary, seek furt he r information from the de te rg ent m anufacturers. For particular items, select a pr og ra m with a s low a temperature as possible.

1.Items su ch as cups, gl as se s, pots/pans, etc. are faced downwards.
2.Curved items, or ones with recesses, sh ou ld be loaded aslant so that water ca n r un off.
3.All utensils are st ac ke d s ec ur ely a nd can no t t ip over.
4.All utensils are pl ac ed in the wa y t ha t t he spray arms can rotate fr ee ly during washing.
Very small items should no t b e w as he d i n t he dishwasher as they could easily fa ll out of the ba sk et .
To prevent water dr ip pi ng from the up pe r b as ke t i nto the lowe r basket, we recommend th at you em pty the lowe r b aske t first and th en the up per bas ket.

The upper bask et is designed to hold more delicate and lighter dishware such as glasses, coff ee and tea cu ps and sa uc er s, as well as plates, small bow ls and shallow pans (as lo ng as they are not too dirty) . Position the d is hes a nd cookware so that they will not get moved by the s pray of water.
We su ggest t hat you place large items an d t he most difficu lt to clean it ems a re to be placed into the lower basket: such as pots, p ans, lids, se rv in g di sh es and bowls, as shown in th e figure be lo w. It is preferable to place se rv in g d is he s and lids on the side of the ra cks in or de r t o a vo id blocking the ro ta tion of th e top spray ar m.
Pots, serving bo wl s, et c, must always be placed top do wn. Deep pots should be slanted to allow wa te r to f lo w o ut.

Adjusting the Upper Basket

The en tire filter assembly should be cleaned once a week.
When cleaning the fil ters , don't knock on them. Otherwise, the fil te rs could be cont orted and the per fo rman ce of the dishwasher could be decreased.
To clean the ed ge around the do or, you sh ou ld use on ly a soft warm, da mp cl oth. To avoid penetration of water i nt o t he door lock and el ec tr ical componen ts , do no t use a sp ra y cleaner of any ki nd .

If yo u need a drain hose extension, make sure to use a s imilar drain hose. It mu st be no longer than 4 me tr es ; o th er wise the cleaning effe ct of the dishwasher co ul d be re du ce d.
Water Outlet
Connect the water dr ai n h os e. Th e drain hose must be correctly fi tt ed to avoid water leaks. Ensure th at the wate r d ra in hose is not kink ed or squashed.
The waste conn ec tion must be at a he ig ht of between 40 cm (minimum) and 100 cm (maximum) from th e bottom of th e d is h. Th e water drain ho se should be fixed by a hose clip. T he free end of the hose must not be im me rs ed in water.
If the sink is 10 00 hi gh er fr om the fl oo r, the excess water in hoses cannot be dr ai ne d d ir ec tl y into th e sink. It will be necessary to drain exce ss water from hoses into a bowl or suitable container that is held outside an d l ower than the sink.

Always run the quick wash programme . without any crockery in the dishwasher and without selecting the Turbo function (if present), after adding dishwasher salt.

This appliance is covered by a full manufacturer’s 12 month parts and labour guarantee and covers all parts and labour costs associated with the repair of the appliance in a domestic environment.
