MyMail offers businesses the ability to develop and integrate a true hybrid mail and print
strategy with an effective and proven customer communication strategy. MyMail delivers cost savings and increased productivity in respect of printing and mail output, maximising revenue
with more efcient customer communication and providing a secure means for mail auditing.
MyMail follows a structured implementation path that enables customers to work with Canon
and implement the solution in a very short period of time. The essence of the product ensures that there is no complicated IT project and very little integration required. A typical installation of MyMail consists of the following:
MyMail analysis aurvey (typically 2 days)
Survey recommendations presented & timescales agreed
MyMail pilot (typically 1-2 departments for a maximum of 1 month)
Project kick-off meeting (key stakeholders inc. IT)
Implementation (typically 1 day)
Training workshops & seminars (as required)

of documents sent to customers by the client requires space if storage is being used
for physical copies, and an effective system is needed for quick document recall and
retention if being stored electronically.
