Detail:

<Symptom>
A Duplexing Feeding Assembly Jam (0111) occurs at Reverse Delivery.
<Cause>
The Reverse Driven Roller (upper) [B] rotates, being pressed against the Inverter Drive Roller (upper) by the
Tension Spring [A]. This Tension Spring [A] is damaged while reaching the end of its life and the Reverse
Driven Roller (upper) [B] does not rotate, causing a paper feed fault and jam (0111) occurs.

<Factory Measures>
In order to improve the durability of the Tension Spring, enlarge the wire diameter of the spring from 0.4mm to

0.45mm and the Coil Diameter from 2.8mm to 3.45mm.

Service Work:

When the foregoing symptom occurs, replace the Tension Springs on the front and backside with a new type at
the same time.
