Countermeasure when E800 or E197 (Error code) is displayed.
Detail:
<Symptom>
Error code E800 or E197 is displayed.
<Cause>
When a user tries to pull out the fixing feeder unit forcibly while the fixing feeder unit releasing lever is not
released completely, a rear releasing arm becomes deformed. And, that causes the fixing feeder unit to lock
insufficiently when it is set. Then, E800 is displayed because interlock OFF is detected or E197 is displayed
because the contact of the drawer connecter is poor.

<Factory Measures>
Change the shapes of releasing arm and interlock sensor flag as shown in the picture below in ord er to pre vent
the arm from deforming. Also, increase the number of a fixing screw (XB3-6400-805) used for interlock sensor
flag from 1 to 2.

Servicing work:
When the symptom above occurs, replace the releasing arm and interlock sensor flag with new ones at the same
time and fix them with 2 screws.
