A new setting item, POST-DWN, is added to level 2 COPIER>OPTION>BODY in the Service Mode. The addition
is described below.

POST-DWN A countermeasure mode to prevent smudges from appearing on

the lead edge of an image (caused by pre-transfer upper guide) in
the HH environment.

Decrease the post high pressure output value from 280uA to 70uA
only in the HH environment, as an individual countermeasure, in
order to prevent smudges from appearing on the lead edge of an
image caused by the pre-transfer upper guide.
0: Normal (default)
1: Countermeasure mode (A post high pressure value is
automatically changed when an HH environment is detected by
the environment sensor).
