MiniSprayDryer S-300 in closed mode with Inert
Loop
Installation Manual
Reading and following the instructions in this document does not replace reading and
following the instructions in the operation manual.
The following instruments are necessary for the closed mode with inert loop:
MiniSprayDryer S-300
Inert Loop B-395 SE
Assembling instruction:
u Attach the tubing pieces.
u Close the easy clamp.
u Tighten the nut.
Precondition:
R The spray dryer is prepared. See operation manual
R The inert loop is prepared. See operation manual
R The tubing inside the MiniSprayDryer S-300 is installed. See installation manual

u Connect the Inert Loop communication cable to the related connection on the spray dryer. See
Configuration
u Install the process gas tube to the inert loop marked Inlet.
u Install the gas tube to the connection marked Inlet on the spray dryer.
u Install the process gas tube to the inert loop marked Outlet.
u Install the gas tube to the connection marked Outlet on the spray dryer.
u Install the tube to the filter. See operation manual
u Install the gas tube to the connection marked Filter on the spray dryer.
