TYPICAL SPECIFICATION

Bathroom cabinet shall be Broan Flair Series Model
323LP, (327LP).

Cabinet shall be surface-mounted, formed from heavy­gauge steel, and finished with powder coat baked-on
paint after forming.

Frame trim to be stainless steel. Each cabinet shall
include one (1) fixed steel shelf.

Unit shall have 2 float glass mirror doors. They shall
slide on unbreakable polymeric tracks.

Cabinet shall have built-in incandescent light fixture
with 4-bulb capacity, and shall accommodate standard
60W household bulbs. (Bulbs not included). It shall
include a built-in on/off switch.

Unit to be U.L. listed.
