If the subwoofer is not linking properly with the soundbar or there is no sound coming from the subwoofer please follow the below steps:
1) Switch off the soundbar and subwoofer.
3) Please repeat the above steps if the soundbar is not connecting to the subwoofer wirelessly.
4) Once the above steps have been completed and the soundbar is connected to the subwoofer the settings will automatically save and there should be no need to follow the above steps again unless the product is disconnected from the mains power.
2) Switch on the soundbar and then press the "STANDBY" button on the remote control, this will put the soundbar into play-mode. Within 10 seconds you will need to switch on the subwoofer. Please wait a further 15 seconds while the coding is completed for the subwoofer to connect to the soundbar wirelessly. (You can confirm this by the blue light on the front of the subwoofer. If the soundbar and subwoofer are connected the blue light will be solid but if it is flashing then the subwoofer is not wirelessly connected to the soundbar).

E. MUTE Selection
1.Press the MUTE button on the remote controller once to keep the performance silent.
1.Press the RESET button on the remote control and it will reset all settings including main unit output, Sound bar output to factory default settings.
F. RESET
1.Please press the 'INPUT' Button on the remote control, the speaker will then display 'BT' on the front display which means Bluetooth mode has been selected. Please use any Bluetooth capable device to connect with the BPS004BTS.A sound will be made from the soundbar when your Bluetooth capable device is connected to the BPS004BTS.

A. Switch On/Off the Product
2. Connect AC power supply with this product.
(Caution: Power source must be consistent with this product.)
3. Press on the POWER switch button on the Rear Panel of the main unit to switch on the system, the standby indicator will light up. Then press the STANDBY button on the remote controller to enter the normal status. Press the button on the remote controller once again to keep power in standby status.
B. VOLUME Selection
1.Press the VOL+ on the front panel of the main u button nit or VOL + button on the remote controller to maximize the sound output.
2. Press the VOL- on the front panel of the main button unit or VOL ­button on the remote controller to minimize the sound output.
OPERATION
C. TREBLE Selection
1.Press the TREBLE + button on the remote control to increase the treble level.
2.Press the TREBLE - button on the remote control to decrease the treble level.
D. BASS Selection
1.Press the BASS + button on the remote control to increase the bass level.
2.Press the BASS - button on the remote control to decrease the bass level.
1.Before turning on the system, please follow the previous instructions to setup the units connections.
