If the subwoofer is not linking properly with the soundbar or there is no sound coming from the subwoofer please follow the below steps:
1) Switch off the soundbar and subwoofer.
3) Please repeat the above steps if the soundbar is not connecting to the subwoofer wirelessly.
4) Once the above steps have been completed and the soundbar is connected to the subwoofer the settings will automatically save and there should be no need to follow the above steps again unless the product is disconnected from the mains power.
2) Switch on the soundbar and then press the "STANDBY" button on the remote control, this will put the soundbar into play-mode. Within 10 seconds you will need to switch on the subwoofer. Please wait a further 15 seconds while the coding is completed for the subwoofer to connect to the soundbar wirelessly. (You can confirm this by the blue light on the front of the subwoofer. If the soundbar and subwoofer are connected the blue light will be solid but if it is flashing then the subwoofer is not wirelessly connected to the soundbar).
