Multi-Network Cable Tester

The 230A tests thin Ethernet (BNC), 10BaseT (UTP/STP), 100BaseTx, RJ45, TIA­568A, TIA-568B, and Token Ring cables within a few seconds. It detects miswiring,
polarization, and continuity. The 230A also tests the ground of shielded twisted
pair cables. With the remote unit, you can remotely test installed cable either from
the wall plate or patch panel.

Deluxe Multi-Network Cable Tester

The 231A can easily read the correct pin configuration of 10BaseT cable (cate­gory 5), 100BaseTx, 10Base2 cable (coax) and RJ45/RJ11 modular cables,
356A, TIA-568A, TIA-568B and Token Ring cables by comparing one trans­mitting end to the corresponding receiving end. With the remote kit, it can test
cables installed far away either on wall plate or patch panel up to 1000ft away.
It is easy to verify the cable continuity, open, short, and cross connect, featur­ing auto or manual scan for pin-out indicators.

Model 235

Remote Network Cable Tester

The 235 network cable tester is an easy and effective cable tester which can
test all the wiring faults of 10Base2 (Coax), 10BaseTx, 100Base Tx, RJ45,
356A, TIA-568A, TIA-568B and Token Ring cables. It can identify not only
the wiring faults, such as open pairs, shorted pairs, reversed pairs, crossed
pairs and split pairs, but can also identify up to 4 different cables at one end.

A large flashing LED displays the fault code, and the 4 pairs individual LEDs
tells you which pairs are tested. The remote identifiers are provided to make a
remote test. Just push the “TEST” switch. It will automatically run all tests
within a few seconds and show you what faults are present. It is simple and
easy to use.

Remote Network Cable Analyzer

The 240 is a small handheld tester which enables the user to quickly read the status
of Ethernet twisted pair cables. The 240’s tone generator feature can be used to
trace installed cables and locate areas of discontinuity.

The 240 includes one master unit and one remote and can be operated easily by one
person testing patch cords or installed cables.
