WARNING WARNING indicates a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, could result
in death or serious injury.
CAUTION CAUTION indicates a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, may result
in minor or moderate injury.
NOTICE NOTICE addresses practices not related to personal injury, such as product
and/or property damage.
The device is double protected and corresponds to protection class 2.
Only use indoors.
WARNING:

Do not use the Spa vibration massage pillow in the following situations:
– if you have implanted electrical devices (e.g. a pacemaker),
– in the case of metal implants,
– on animals,
– if you suffer from a medical abnormality or injury in the area to be massaged (e.g.
herniated disc, open wounds),
– on the head and on hard parts of the body (e.g. knees and joints),
– on the face (eyes), on the larynx or any other particularly sensitive body parts,
– on swollen, burnt, inflamed or damaged skin and body parts,
–
on cuts, varicose veins, acne, couperose or other skin diseases,
– during pregnancy,
– while sleeping,
– after the consumption of medicines or alcohol (reduced awareness),
– in vehicles.

Consult your doctor before using the Spa vibration massage pillow, particularly in the following cases:

if you suffer from a severe illness or have recently had surgery on your upper body,
– if you suffer from thrombosis,
– if you suffer from diabetes,
– if you are suffering pain, the cause of which is unknown.

3. Introduction
Use the Spa vibration massage pillow, to give yourself a soothing, effective massage. Massages can be
relaxing or stimulating and work effectively to relieve strained muscles, aches and fatigue. The Spa vibration
massage pillow provides a powerful, intensive massage for the neck and shoulder area. It is water-proof
and has two suction cups, enabling you to use it easily in the bath tub for a massage or simply as a pillow.
4. Intended use
The Spa vibration massage pillow is exclusively designed for massaging the neck and shoulder area of the
human body. It cannot replace medical treatment. Do not use the Spa vibration massage pillow if any of the
following warnings applies to you. If you are unsure whether the Spa vibration massage pillow is suitable for
you, consult your doctor.
The device is only intended for the purpose described in these instructions for use. The manufacturer is not liable for damage resulting from improper or careless use.
5. Batteries
WARNING:
•
Batteries should not be charged or reactivated by any other means. The batteries may explode.
•
Batteries should not be taken apart, thrown in the fire or short circuited. The batteries may explode.
•
Should battery fluid leak and come into contact with your eyes or skin immediately rinse with
plenty of clean water. Please call 911 immediately.

NOTICE:
•
Always use the size and type of battery indicated. The use of other batteries will damage the
device.
•
Never use different types of batteries, battery brands or batteries with different capacities. This
may damage the unit. You should preferably use alkaline batteries.
•
Never use rechargeable batteries. This may damage the unit.
•
Always replace all batteries at the same time and use batteries of the same type.
•
Replace weak batteries before they discharge completely.
•
Leaking batteries may damage the device. If you do not intend to use the unit for longer periods, remove the batteries from the battery compartment before placing the device in storage.

Open the zip fastener on the cover.
2.
Remove the cover from the Spa vibration massage pillow.
3.
Carefully remove the battery compartment from the Spa vibration massage pillow. Make sure the battery
compartment cables are not damaged. Do not pull on the battery compartment cables.
4.
Rotate the battery compartment in the direction of the “OPEN” arrow and remove the lid.
5.
Place two AA batteries (included) into the battery compartment according to the markings. Ensure that
the correct battery polarity is observed.
6.
Close the battery compartment by replacing the lid and rotating it in the direction of the “CLOSE” arrow.

Push the battery compartment completely into the Spa vibration massage pillow, ensuring battery com-
partment and cable are completely inserted into the Spa vibration massage pillow and are not protruding
from the top.

Replace the cover on the Spa vibration massage pillow and close the zip fastener.
To switch on the Spa vibration massage pillow, press the ON/OFF button.

WARNING:
•
Remove the cover from the Spa vibration massage pillow before washing.
•
The Spa vibration massage pillow must not be washed with it.
•
You can wash the cover if it is dirty. The cover is machine-washable on a delicate cycle at 86°F (30°C).

9. Warranty
Limited Lifetime Warranty For Original Purchaser
Your Beurer Spa vibration massage pillow, Model MG 13, excluding the battery, is warranted to be free from
defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product under normal conditions of intended use
and service. This warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser and does not extend to retailers or
subsequent owners.
We will, at our option, repair or replace the Beurer Spa vibration massage pillow, Model MG 13, without
additional charge, for any part or parts covered by these written warranties. No refunds will be given. Repair
or replacement is our only responsibility and your only remedy under this written warranty. If replacement
parts for defective materials are not available, Beurer reserves the right to make product substitutions in lieu
of repair or replacement.
For warranty service contact our customer service department at 1-800-536-0366 or at info@beurer.com to
provide a description of the problem. If the problem is deemed to be within the scope of the limited lifetime
warranty, you will be asked to mail the product at your costs in its original package with proof of purchase,
your name, address and phone number. If the problem is not deemed to be within the scope of the limited
lifetime warranty, we will provide a quotation for repair respectively replacement and return shipping fee.
