Regular sanitizing and cleaning is the responsibility of the operator, and is important to prevent
illness. The operator must follow all guidelines and laws instated by your local and State health
departments. Contaminated machines will spread bacteria and food-borne pathogens.
Read all instructions carefully before operating. When operating, stay alert and use common

INSTALLATION
Install this slicer in a well-lit area on a level surface.
1.
Unpack the slicer and remove all cardboard and packaging.
2. Install the rubber feet.
3. Set it on a level surface in a well-lit area.
4. Clean and sanitize the unit with a soft cloth.
5. Air-dry all parts before use.
6. More sure that your electricity and wall outlet is compatible with the units plug.
Do not use an adaptor or an extension cord.
